Went today. It was ok. Wasn’t toasted like my note asked for them both to be. So I asked if it wasn’t a hassle if they could do it. It was for kids and I don’t want that headache and I wrote it they should have read it. Anyway. She re did the whole thing. The 6inch and wrap. Well she toasted the tuna but it had the longest hair inside the tuna. And the lady who re mad it had very very short hair. The wrap was re made and still didn’t have the chicken or bacon and cheese warmed up. But I started to eat it anyway. Dead fruit fly. Lisbon subway has gone down hill and this did me in. I won’t be eating there anymore

(1/09/2023) The lady behind the counter was what you’d expect with customer service, but the guy had a major attitude. The most miserable person Ive ever interacted with while ordering food. Not sure if he’s got personal things going on, or maybe just high as a kite, but dude needs to learn how leave his personal issues away from business. My sandwich made by the lady is okay, but pretty sure he dumped a bunch of salt on my boyfriends sandwich just to spite him. Was looking forward to a quick, good sandwich, if it was just the lady working it would’ve been a fine experience.

The guy making the sandwiches was very rude and does not represent Subway very well. He refused making a wrap by throwing them away and saying they were expired, so we changed our order and he basically threw our sandwiches together and put so much sauce it was dripping from our sandwiches. Never going back!! If this is the type of service Subway gives then I am taking my business elsewhere.

I normally order from DoorDash, so I do not know who is making these sandwiches, but it’s absolutely surprising how much this Subway MESSES up their subs. The subs are not made correctly, there’s too much sauce to the point that it’s dripping down the sandwich. They’re always missing the cheese that I ordered and there’s always WAY TOO MUCH MEAT in the sandwiches. The sandwiches are 90% meat and 10% whatever. And they always add way too much of the sides too. I wanted jalapeños and they added like 30 of them on there! That’s ridiculous. The person making these sandwiches has no idea how to make a sandwich. I thought that their trainers showed them how to properly make things off the menu?

I won’t be going back to this location. There were two teenagers behind the line making sandwiches that were wearing sweatpants and sweatshirts with no hats or hair nets. No masks. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got only one scoop of chicken which I know is not correct. I used to work at Subway in high school and know it is supposed to be 2 scoops. My fiancé ordered a Turkey sub and got 4 pieces of Turkey. The bread was okay but it was mostly a bread sandwich. I highly recommend going somewhere more clean and less stingy! Subway had gone down the hole.

Got a spicy footlong on flat bread asked to have it toasted the employee put it in the oven when I got home it wasnt toasted at all and they didnt even cut it in half overall it was the worst subway experience I have had it was the first time going to this location
