Myself and my husband just went the other day and we both got a steak and cheese. They barely give you any meat and you are being charged $15 for a sandwich. My steak and cheese was cold cold in the middle and the experience was just overall terrible. We won’t be returning. Spending 40 dollars on two sandwiches that aren’t even enjoyable is crazy to me. The new owners have no idea what they are doing……

Well, after reading these reviews I get I am not the only person that’s been having problems with the store. There is a young lady there that does not listen to your order and then dismisses everything when you’re upset about the sandwich. I tried to speak to managers and of course no managers are available and they were supposed to call me back and never did they gave me the wrong sandwich and wouldn’t do anything about it. I spent $24 for two lousy sandwiches and it was screwed up. He said the manager was gonna call me back. Her name is Pani Hall and of course never did, I called the store back today and they dismiss me again. They said this is their lunch break and they’re busy. They only got two people on well there’s only two people on last time too not my problem. Hopefully corporate will see that this store is not competent.
Edited—The manager did call me back today and was pleasant and apologized and offered a gift certificate, it really wasn’t about the money as much as it was about validating my concerns with this order. Thank you!

Subway has gotten expensive. $13 for sub thats not steak is crazy. Ofcourse the bread is made fresh but the meat is preportioned and basic quality.

this is the second time I order a sandwich from this Subway and the mayo was added on top of all of the meat and vegetables! Who does that?? I unwrapped the sandwich and everything was covered in mayo. What an unpleasant and very messy experience. Take some pride in what you are doing, even during your lunch rush. Customers are paying their hard earned money.

My favorite subway of all I have been too! I will never go to another one in our area. The staff are great. 2 younger dudes very friendly and the woman manager was great too very friendly and good vibes. That matters a lot! It’s very clean and nice seating and can tell it’s run very well. I like the drive thru but haven’t used it yet. The food is fresh and just tastes so much better then other subways also. Highly recommend and already have told others to go to this specific location they won’t be disappointed. Thanks for great service food and good vibes.

I visited this past Friday. A kid named Cade was taking care of my order. He didn’t rush but he took pride in each step of the process making sure to clean up messes along the way. It was nice to see. I’m a small business owner so I notice these details. Great job all around!

They aren’t very good about listening to what you want on your order and they get so confused on how to break things up it’s just a disaster there and then when you complain about something they try to make excuses not to fix it
