I just ordered a footlong tuna TOASTED, the sandwich was completely wrong. No toasted, wrong cheese and when I called to tell them, they just kept telling me they did everything right and I don’t know what I’m talking about(I used to work at subway). There was no apology no compensation just gaslighting me into thinking I’m wrong. Won’t ever be going back. I’m disgusted with how this was handled and the state of my food.

Danny is an unfriendly employee. Called the store as a mishap with a mobile order and I asked to cancel it. Which is a simple ask and he stated “l am making too bad”. Poor customer service.

This subway was very prompt, clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful. I was confused on how to order one of the new sandwiches and they were patient and thorough. I got lots of veggies on my sandwich and it was toasted to perfection. Bapu and Kajal were lovely! Support this business!

I was starving and found some Subway coupons in my car, so I ordered a six-inch sub online for just $4. I work only 2 minutes away, so I went to pick it up right away. It was supposed to be ready by 4:10, but it was ready even before 4. The man behind the counter was very nice and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience, and my tummy is happy!

I cannot remember the two staff members names one was a store manger. But they were having a tough day. I ordered a meal online, it took a while but they were so sweet and kind. Helpful!! They deserve a raise for how well they handled a rough lunch rush! Amazing Job. Keep it up!!!

Everything is great with one big exception.
The fountain soda has a very big problem.
Anything you get from the machine has a berry flavor in it.
I am always hesitant to go there for this reason. It had been a couple of years so I figured I would take a chance. Same problem.
They need to identify the problem and rectify it.

Quite little place with friendly staff! I ordered my favorite meatball marinara and they had run out of meatballs! Lol but Kajal helped me out and made the sandwiches for us as soon as they came in and let me enjoy my favorite! Thank you Kajal for excellent service and wonderful food!

I placed an order over the phone and dealt with a guy named Camille. I ordered a roast beef wrap. I asked if it came with pickles, he said there was no standard & I could get whatever veggies I wanted even though online the menu shows it only comes with certain veggies, others you have to select. He asked if I wanted a sauce I said no. I said it a couple times. He told me my total was $11.xx. When I picked it up he said what I ordered is exactly what an Aioli Wrap is so he included sauce! [Is there such a sandwich? I ordered it with pepper jack cheese and all the same veggies that come standard with the online roast beef wrap, except for spinach]. I told him I didn’t want sauce and had said so on the phone, he said ya, so he put it on the side. Then he tried to charge me $12.xx. I bet the higher price was for the sauce – he gave me 2 containers. When I reminded him he told me on the phone the price was $11.xx, he said he pushed the wrong button. When I was about to leave he walked by his colleague and said, “crazy.” I told him I heard it and he said he didn’t say it. His colleague was standing right there near the counter too, I kept looking at her for her to say something, but she stayed silent. You know I’m someone who still wears a mask inside stores because I’m not vaccinated for COVID, older and high risk. I asked the guy when I came in to please not make fun of me. He acted like it was okay, said he appreciated my effort. But then he messes with me and tells his colleague I’m crazy.
