We left after we walked in because the two employees couldn’t be bothered to greet us. The guy walked behind the counter couldn’t say hello or even make eye contact. He continued to stand right in front of us and talk to people in the back who were washing dishes. We walked out and as I was walking out the lady didn’t care but I did mention that it would be nice if we could at least be acknowledged. She said ” sorry ma’am” boo. This was Sanford. I went there a month earlier and they had a 17 year old running the place and she was amazing. She was doing the job of all those people.

This place has the rudest employees, they have no pride in their work. Sandwiches just throne together again, with no pride in their workmanship. I will drive to Lewiston or Topsham next time I want a Sandwich. Lisbon Falls should be ashamed of this place

Ordered 3 sandwiches on line, set to pick up at 4:30. My Husband got there to pick it up and the door was locked and server told him through the locked door that they were closed when my husband said he was there to pick up an order. At 4:17, I received the message stating that order could not be filled at this location, find another location. Today I checked my bank account and there was the Subway charge for $32 dollars plus change, Really. They have been no help getting my money back and no way to talk to someone to get this matter settled. Watch your money, because they don’t think twice about taking your money!!!

After 30 plus years of being a very satisfied customer of Subway and having spent literally thousands of dollars there I was terribly disappointed by the treatment I received at this Subway off 295 in Yarmouth. My wife and I were traveling from western Mass with our grandson to a friend’s home in Corea ME. We desperately needed a restroom. We pulled off the highway and first went to a Mobil station with convenience store but their restrooms were out of service due to vandalism. We went 250 feet to this Subway. My wife went in first as was only appropriate and used the restroom. She came out and I went in. The staff there would NOT ALLOW me to use the restroom without making a purchase. I explained our situation and they told me in no uncertain terms, no purchase no use of the bathroom. As a 70 year old senior with urinary tract challenges, I was extremely in need of a restroom. What were they going to do, arrest me? Nevertheless I left and found someplace else much more friendly to their customers. I will never stop at that Subway again and hope that their franchisee owner sees this review and reconsiders their extreme enforcement of a “no public restroom” policy.

Basically stole my money. Made an online purchase for pick up as I usually do. Confirmed the order is accurate and paid for. Store said they never got it. Instead of trying to help me, the older gentleman was extremely rude and treated it as if I was wrong and annoying him. Offered to show the email confirmation to which he said they can’t do anything and I needed to “call Subway” despite this being a franchise location…so to get my lunch I had to wait in line and pay a second time. When I tried to discuss the matter with the nice lady at the register, the rude guy jumped in again and said “we already told you call Subway!” Well “Subway” says its up to the franchise location, so looks like I am out $14, oh well. Always previously had good experiences here which is why I am not leaving one star. Aside from all that, sandwich was ok.

First I want to thank all stores who honor our military and offer discounts for our vets. In this case I asked about it and was told “we don’t do that here”. This is the first SW where I ran into this. Like all SWs, the food was good however.

The workers there are really bad. They don’t really smile and when I ask for more sauce they looked really annoyed. They were also packing up and about to leave when I came in 30 min before they were closed. I put a 2 star because they have decent sandwiches.
