Had the worst customer experience I’ve probably ever had. I had my four children with me and had asked for cups waters for them with our order. We never got any and I went up and saw some cups and grabbed them for the kids for their waters. After I was bringing them to the kids the employee who took our order and never gave us our water was watching enough to inform me you couldn’t use those cups for water that were already poured and I will need to charge you. Ok fair enough I didn’t know. But I get up there to the register and the person just for those 5 cups of water tries to charge me $13 and I responded no way you can have the cups back and I brought them back on the counter. So now he gives me the correct cups and takes those cups and throws them away in the trash. I was blown away how that saves them money and was it worth giving people a customer service experience like that. I don’t think I have ever took the time to write a review but never expericed anything like this before. Hope it was just a one time thing.

This is the closest Subway to our house but I have come to avoid it. The new ownerrship (perhaps within the last 1-2 years) have made it a dissapponting experience every time. Bread is barely toasted when requested, the amount of ingredients given is not up to standard compared to most Subway locations, extra veggies or condiments requests are ignored. The store is clean which is a positive and the staff is moderately polite. These complaints seem petty but fast food isnt affordable like it used to be and I believe some basic standards should be met. Here’s hoping for a positive change!

Very rude employees, the staff was beyond rude to us and customers who came in behind us. People waiting in line one of the employees kept walking off and refusing to assist them. They refused to make food that we had ordered, that was on the menu. They had their own personal drinks left on the tables. Very infuriating

The delivery drivers keep coming into my house……I’ve tried getting ahold of a general manager but can’t seem to find anyone who will take the time of day to help me. It’s becoming a safety issue for me. We have video cameras as set up as well!

They never have Veggie Patty. One employee said we never get it. The other said we just finished yesterday. Then they both started arguing. The service as well is not good. The quality of veggies is also not good at all. This all changed recently. It use to be a good location.

This is a terable location. I eat here 3 times a week but it has gotten so bad. The employees have no idea what they are doing. There is only one guy that is real good the others can’t even speak English. Not going back!!!!!

I came in for a footling Italian herbs and cheese with roasted chicken, bacon, shredded cheese and provolone, lettuce, salt, pepper, oil, mayo, and ranch. I didn’t expect everything to be thrown into the middle of the sandwich with speed and refilling ingredients prioritized over the customer
