Ordered a foot long chicken and bacon ranch on Italian herb bread. Wasnt really paying attention as was tired from travelling. When we got back to our hotel room, it was normal white bread (not the end of the world), but whilst it did have ‘some’ chicken and a couple of alices of bacon in it, it also had quite a lot of tuna!

Extremely tidy and nice inside, although the food was really strange. It seems like either the franchise owner has told the employees to give less ingredients than a normal subway, or the woman working there just doesn’t want to give them for some reason. There was only one layer each of pepperoni and salami on my spicy Italian, and it was just obviously super thin and the meat curled up from the heat and tasted bizarre. On top of barely having any meat, the vegetables were also extremely lacking, and I only asked for three different types it’s not like I loaded it up with a million veggies. The whole sandwich was empty feeling and hard to eat as it was mostly bread. Keep in mind I get the exact same order from every subway since 2009, and this was the only time I’ve ever felt the need to right a review or even mention it to my friends I was with. Everyone agrees that girl didn’t want to or wasn’t able to make us normal sandwiches… she was also on the phone the entire time and really rude on top of all of this.

Skimpiest cheese steak I’ve ever seen. Maybe 2 ounces of meat. Not worth $9.00. Last time I visit Subway. Jersey Mike’s is much better.

Horrible customer service! Placed an online order for pickup, showed up and they said it didn’t go thru, so I ordered what I wanted there. Noticed in my bank acct that the $ got taken out from the online order , called on 5/15 and they told me numerous times it’s not their problem and then hung up on me.

First impressions are my final impressions.
An online order that was place an HOUR AND A HALF before hand was not ready for pickup, with no excuse, and no line of walk-ins. Also, for those wondering, there was no computer error, just an empty bag with my slip taped to it. It’s a blessing to society that these folks are only managing sandwiches and not things of greater importance.
What truly baffles me about companies like this, is the fact that they get away with these kind of actions. If you offer a service to your dwindling customer base, then why do you completely drop the ball when those services are called upon, continuously? Take a look at other comments, they are mostly, if not all, related to ordering online, and they are all just as scathing and diminishing as this one!! Out of touch corporate money grabbing companies, swooning John Q. Public with a few convenient clicks on their app into a what used to be tasty sub, has now left a disturbing tang in my mouth.
I truly feel completely taken advantage of, with no remorse or right-doing from any other parties. Unfortunately for subway, I get the final word, and I can seek sanctity in this review. I wish you poorly subway. You will not cross me again.

I feel so bad for the workers here.. I come to this location quite often and it’s literally the same 2 people every time. Always bombarded with customers and Togo orders. They appear to be very overwhelmed ( that’s if there’s 2, most of the time it’s just 1 person) and rightfully so! I hope this establishment is able to hire more people to lighten the load from their dedicated employees. 5 stars for on all fronts. God speed ✌️

We ordered 5 sandwiches on line. Ready at 1 40. Arrived at 1 45. We left at 2 20. Where was the owner, manager? You are lucky to have an employee like her. Sorry, I did not get her name. The sandwiches were not made to order, running out of everything. When we left she only had 5 loaves of bread left. No bacon, no roast beef. Reference # MN22DFNX9C6TD272

The four workers I have seen working have all done an amazing job. All of them are kind and friendly and make a solid sandwich. For any negative reviews, you have to remember everyone is human and no one is going to be 10/10 happy and smiling everyday all day, I have seen nothing but professionalism and great customer service from these four workers at this location!

Giving 1 star for the owner of this franchise. You should be ashamed of yourself, I order from this location almost once a week for lunch. Today this poor girl was working BY HERSELF customers were being patient, but the poor girl was beyond stressed rightfully so. She was trying to call people while she was making lunch for customers. Get out from behind your desk or put down the golf clubs and help the people that help you make thousands of dollars!!! With out her you will have no one.
