I hate giving bad reviews…. but I got dinner for my family here tonight and 2 out of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. I had to repeat myself multiple times on what was on each sandwiche and still wasn’t listen too. I had the Assistant Manager making my sandwiches and she would barley talk to you and just look at you. I ordered a couple footlongs and a kids sandwich. Besides not listening about what is on the sandwiches. She wrapped the footlongs in 2 different wraps. So instead of wrapping the entire footlong in one wrap I got 2 for one sandwich. So normally you would get 2 footlongs and a kids sandwiche, should be 3 wrapped sandwiches…. nope I got 5 wrapped half sandwiches! While the Assistant Manager was wrapping my order, all she wanted to talk about was she was in an accident and wasn’t herself and she didnt realize that the wrapping for the sandwiches was big enough to wrap a footlong sub. All the years and many different location I have been to for subway and never had any problems. Maybe time to think about retraining your staff to listen to the customers and make the sandwiches the right way!
Besides the my daughters sandwiches the other 2 were definitely not the best they could have been.

Don’t bother ordering ahead on the app with this place. You may as well plan to wait 20 minutes regardless.

I showed up at 12:22 to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready at 12:15 expecting to find it in the to go area but it wasn’t so I waited by the counter and I did see there was three people in line but I ordered online so you would think they would prioritize that so anyways the guy eventually sees me and asked me if I was the mobile order and I said yes and he said oh yeah I’ll have that right out to you and it looked like he was helping somebody else so I waited for a little bit but I had my 3-year-old in the car by himself so I had to leave and go sit in the car with my kid to wait so I come back in after waiting 10 minutes and he still hadn’t even made it yet and everybody that was in the store had left so he made me wait a total of 20 minutes past the time and I had tipped ahead of time when I placed the order. I am very upset that I gave them extra money for making me wait 20 minutes let alone the food that was for my children and they had to wait all that time as well never ever going to come here again unless I want to stand in line and wait for my food .

I wish there was a way to take your tip back after the fact. In this economy food is expensive and you don’t deserve tips for just doing your damn job so from now on I’m going to be one of those people who doesn’t tip and it’s too bad because I was always a tipper.

I placed an order on my app and was charged three times. I went to talk to a manager and was told to wait fifteen minutes. My food was never made and the workers didn’t seem to care. I will never go back to that Subway- very rude workers

Come here all the time never have a problem with service. Had a whole big issue over asking to substitute cheese on a dipper by the manager. Acting all high and mighty “i am the manager here!” Like that matters. Hope she feels good about herself. Went a hid in thr back instead of help or do anything productive.

Used to be great, now they mess up every sandwich. Kind of stinks since there aren’t a ton of options in the area. The manager was also quite rude and unprofessional. Wish they’d return to making sandwiches correctly.

While making the wrap , this employee’s apron was pressing into the food with every ingredients that she added onto the wrap. Unsanitary.

The day my mom and I went in, last Tuesday, the girls were so snotty and rude. They also let a guy behind us just slide right in front of is. My mom couldn’t even use her senior discount, and what good are coupons if you can’t use them. We will never eat at this Subway again. The worst customer service. Pretty sad world we live in. 20 bucks for 2 sandwiches, give me a break

Very frustrated.
There was NO soda in fountain except orange, tried to get Sprite but it was nothing but water.
The young girl and boy working here were doing their best, but completely understaffed for a Friday night!
The food was as good as you can expect from Subway.
Tried for over an hour to order from the app, wouldn’t work at all, that’s not this stores problem, but maybe the manager or owner will see this and contact the app support.
This will most likely be my last subway visit for quite awhile.
The entire experience from start to finish was less than enjoyable, especially for over priced sandwiches.

Placed an order tonight Order #27E2844A-14 and the workers mixed up some of the ingredients betwen the sandwiches. The Garlic Roast Beef was ordered no lettuce (alergy to lettuce) and add spinach. The Beast was ordered with lettuce and received spinach. Banana Peppers was ordered with the Beast and were on the Garlic Roast Beef. The scary part is my wife is alergic to lettuce (makes her violently ill). Luckily I checked the sandwiches and was able to remove the lettuce and rebuild the sandwiches the way they were ordered. Very disappointed with tonights service.

I will never use this establishment again. The owner decides to change policies and products on a regular basis with out any notifications. You are not allowed to use coupons, they don’t carry wraps only flat breads( which are more expensive and shelf stable for longer). Food was good staff was friendly but it doesn’t matter when the owner doesn’t care.
