(Writing as a customer and former employee at another subway franchise) Walked in to an empty store, no employee in sight despite the door making a sound when someone enters. When someone finally appeared several minutes later they said nothing and I told them I was picking up a mobile order. I get the order for 2 footlongs and notice one in the bag looks like a six inch and I tell them. Confused, they call out to another worker in the back who assured them they both are footlongs and it’s only packaged smaller because its a flatbread. I take them at their word and assume it got wrapped with both halves side-by-side. I get home and come to realize, they made my flatbread width wise and rolled the extra bread up like a burrito? Which conveniently provided me with a footlongs worth of bread and a 6 inch worth of toppings. Go figure. I do not recommend going here if that’s the kind of service they are putting out while simultaneously getting scammed for what you paid for. Pictures included as proof.

Entire place has the wrong hours listen online and on the store front. Doors are locked and nobody is there but their open sign is still there? 12 on a Wednesday. With NO sign on the doors to state their hours are changed on this current date. Unprofessional and hungry.

Went there to grab a couple subs. Got thru the meat section and was asking for toppings and told they have no lettuce or spinach for a topping. The staff was extremely rude and didn’t want to be there. We ordered fountain drinks and were disappointed the ice machine was broken as well. They didn’t listen when I said I didn’t want a certain sauce and put it on my sub anyways. At that point it wasn’t even worth the battle to try to have them start over. Won’t be back to this location.

Decided to take a chance and order online here for pickup. When I got to the store, I walked in, and it was empty. As in, there were no employees present! I attempted shouting to the back after a few minutes of waiting, calling the store phone, nothing. More than 40 minutes later, the neighboring restaurant walked through to make sure everything was ok, and only after that did one of the employees crawl out of the woodwork like nothing happened!

I had already paid for my food prior to coming to the empty restaurant, so I wanted what I paid for. Otherwise I would have walked out. The owner should seriously consider the type of people they’re hiring here. Anyone else could have easily gone behind the counter and taken whatever they wanted

The new owner is very arrogant. I have been ordering my sub the same way for 15 years with previous owner. No problems. The new owner as he claims gives me an attitude both times I been in because I want my mayo and mustard on my bread. He complains about cross contamination when all it takes is a glove change. I won’t ever go there again and I will make sure the community knows how he treats the customers. I am well known around here and it won’t be that hard.

I’m done asking your employees to change their gloves before making my sandwich. I shouldn’t have to remind them to do one of the most important parts of their job. Also, if they’re not performing that health precaution, I don’t want to know what other corners they’re cutting. Just went in and they have zero bread whatsoever at 7pm on a Saturday. I’m all set.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF SUBWAY COUPON SCAM TO GET YOU TO THERE STORES!!!!!
Multiple customers walked out after this store refused to honor coupons for subway that were mailed out for customers to use.Lady in front of us subs were already made and they wouldn’t honor the coupons so she just left the subs. Great job subway get us to the store by using coupons then be shady. The worker would not call his boss or corporate to try to find a solution or to see if we could use the coupons.Epic Fail subway keep up the great work misleading your customers!!!

Obviously the subs are excellent!! My New favorite is steak and cheese!! I was strictly a turkey/bacon girl for many years… But now that I have had the steak…. I LOVE IT!! Great with the garlic sauce…. This store is usually pretty busy because there are no other sub shops around… But they usually have 3 workers… 1 on meat… 1 on veggies… 1 on register…. Always clean… Small inside… Only a few seats… But there are a couple picnic tables out back!!

Staff is always kind, speedy, and accommodating. Doesn’t matter if I’m ordering just a sub for myself or subs for the whole family they stay consistent in quality. The place is always clean. These guys never fail me.
