If I could give it no stars I would. I went and got a salad and literally paid $9 for a sub par side salad. My husband got a tuna fish and there was almost nothing on it. I obviously called no manager was there so I’ll be calling tomorrow. I asked for pickles and he gave me 2 pickles and said that’s all he had for the rest of the day at 2:58pm. I’ve worked in the food industry. Go out back to your pickle bucket and refill it. Just an absolute joke. Wasted $40 for almost nothing. Will not be returning. Wont let me post a video so unfortunately I cant show the lack of inside the sub.
** 8/3 I wanted to go come back and bump this up to a 3 star. Lisa the assistant manager and the manager were great. They offered to refund my salad or make me another. Lisa was very friendly and understanding. And I really appreciate their effort to make it right.

Went in today to get some subs, the young girl and young gentleman working, Alexis and Irving were super attentive and sweet, and did amazing on my sub I got a cold cut combo with pepper jack cheese! Store was clean and the atmosphere was nice, 10/10 service will be back again!

Went in today to get a couple subs for dinner, it was raining so instead of grilling we ordered out. The service was phenomenal, the young girl working the line was doing amazing, she talked to us and listened to our requests, made our subs in a very timely manner, and even joked with us! The service here is top tier and we will definitely make it our go to spot from now on! Thanks for the great service Alexis! The store was also incredibly clean.

I’ve never had to write a review before, however my experience tonight night was so jarring I couldn’t keep it to myself. I had visited right around closing with my young nephew and had to walk out without ordering anything based on an employee reaction that bordered on belligerent. I have never been to this restaurant before, and I won’t be back anytime soon. One of the employees began snapping at the customers in front of us, when they did not cooperate with her demands she began screaming at the top of her lungs. My nephew has severe autism and is easily triggered by yelling/loud noises. He became so distraught that I had to remove him from the environment and walk out without our dinner. The employee was a younger woman with faded colored hair, I believe she was named Alexis? This was the most disturbing experience I’ve ever had with a fast-food joint, extremely inappropriate behavior on Alexis’s part and I would suggest customers stay clear of her. The store itself was clean and inviting, however the unfriendly and inappropriate behavior ruined the entire experience. In all 0/10, so disappointing and considering contacting a higher up in corporate to report this employee.

Food is good but the employee working at 2:30 on Saturday 8/9 is absolutely horrendous and rude. So rude to me and my son that the other half of our party decided not to give them their business. What a disappointment. If I could give the service here a 0 I would.

I went tonight to get three subs, and they were awful. I never saw this girl before until tonight and she didn’t listen to anything I asked for. My sandwiches didn’t have any meat or cheese especially when I asked and for extra everything. I’m not pleased and will be contacting management. Also tonight was the first night that I had a bad experience with them.

I use to love the fact that your sub is being made now they have this tall hood so if your short you see nothing and like it. Bread was stale. Ordered ham and turkey. The cheese was not American cheese as I was told. None of the veggies looked good to me. The Cucumbers were floating in somewhere and had mold on them. I advised the clerk and she said “I will check them later”. Place did not look as clean as it has in the past. Neither I nor my guests were pleased at all. I am tempted to call the Board of Health. It was that bad….
