I ordered mobile from here on my lunch break got back to work and they made all three subs wrong like completely wrong one of they only had 4 things on them and they all had onions and peppers and sauces we didn’t add. We came back to get the right subs the guy making them was very nice and apologetic. Stacy was there sitting with her friends and was very rude to us and asked if we had brought the subs back after the guy had told us to throw them away she wasn’t even working and was complaining and acting like it was an inconvenience for us to come back when we called and everything. I will not be coming back to this subway also the floors are sticky and gross and Stacy has a bad attitude

Came here to pick up a 3 sand which mobile order. Got back to work and all 3 subs were wrong. We called and asked for them to be remade only for them to not be prioritized. We get back to subway and the employees are sighing and speaking amongst themselves for how “annoying” it was to have to remake them, mind you, none of them were close to correct. The manager named “Stacy” then stands up and talks to her employees then asks us what happened to the old ones after one employee told us to throw the old ones out because they couldn’t take them back, proceeds to yell at us asking what we did with the old ones. Super rude manager, super rude employees. Don’t come here.

Stacy was working and the most rude person I’ve ever interacted with. She was rude to the lady in front of me acting as if her ordering was annoying her. And then acted the same way to my teenage son. When I mentioned there was no need to be rude she immediately snapped back and refused to make my sandwich.

I usually go around 7-730 in the evenings. My sub is always well put together the girl making my sub is always respectful and seems like a good worker. Only down fall is whoever makes the bread clearly needs to be retrained its always stale and hard. I go at least once a week and the bread never seems to be any better

As Subways go this one isn’t modern and is oddly laid out but the employees make up for any inconvenience. The other Dover Subway is very good but this one is just a little nicer. The employees in the morning, I typically go between 10 and 11am, are fast and personable. The only challenge is that something always seems to be broken at this location. The store didn’t have heat for weeks this winter, their soft drink dispenser had been leaking and nonoperational for months, and their roster over was broken this week. These issues seem like owner issues rather than the local manager though.
Despite the issues I go back because of the people and the consistency of the sandwiches.

I was very pleased with my service at this Subway. The man who greeted me and made my sub was very friendly and quick. The sub itself was delicious, too. The only qualm I have with this visit was the woman who was working with him. The man who started making my sub had doubled up the slices of turkey on the sub instead of laying them all out, and she chastised him for it right on the line in front of customers. Having worked for Subway before, I thought that was a very rude and unprofessional way to handle the situation. Other than that, I definitely intend on returning to this location, and urge others to do so as well!

Went in for lunch got a steak melt the new item , I’ve had it 5 times before at different locations its an awesome meal. But not sure if workers here knew how to make it… sandwich was cold and cheese not melted at all of course i opened it while on highway on ramp so didnt want to turn back. Not sure if it was because i didn’t have a mask on when i entered store because i have my vaccine but worker ordered me to wear one so not sure if cold sub was pay back… Its not hard to melt cheese and heat up steak come on subway u are better than that!

This location is my favorite subway location. The staff is always a pleasure to be around, and the manager treats customers and employees with honesty and respect. You guys keep doin what ya do. You rock. And to the twins that work there, you are the best duo I’ve seen in the business
