Subway in Claremont nh. Everyone is great here except for Joyce the new manager. I told her over and over I cant eat pork and she still grabbed ham and then turkey with the same gloves. She then put someones bacon in the oven touching my turkey so the grease got on my food knowing I cant consume it. How is this even a manager?

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. To start with, there was hair in the protein wrap as well as one of the subs. Half the things we paid for weren’t in there. Had to go back in twice just to attempt to get what we ordered and yet still didnt receive it. Any changes made to the sandwiches in the order was ignored including those that we paid extra for. $52 for MAYBE $20-25 worth of food WITH HAIR IN IT.

I ordered three sandwiches and they screwed everyone of them up I will never order food from the Claremont store again it was terrible and the service was awful we walked in and there was three of them and not one of them acknowledged that we were standing at the counter took them a couple of minutes to turn around and say something

Overall I have always enjoyed subway. 1 of my favorites are the meatballs. The problem is the sauce makes your bread into a squishy gooey mess by the time you get home so I have taken to ordering it with as little sauce as humanly possible and when I see they make such an effort I give a tip. Well this isn’t 1 of those times. The pic I’ve added is the extra sauce from just ONE half of the sub. Meatballs with textured flavored bread is great. Meatballs with soggy, floppy, falling apart nastiness is not. So when a customer orders a meatball and asks for as little sauce as possible THIS IS WHY. Would YOU want your sandwich to fall apart as soon as you unwrap it?

Subway is not a gourmet delicatessen, but it will do in a pinch. When reviewing services like this store, I pay attention to cleanliness, and they seem to keep the areas pretty clean. The quality of customer service can be hit or miss; I’ve encountered a few employees who are very friendly, but most have a stoic demeanor and lack eagerness to serve the public. However, I do enjoy the rotisserie chicken sub—it’s one of my favorites.

I couldn’t believe the way I was treated ! Trying to contact the manager!!! For veggies I only get lettuce tomatoes and extra pickles ! He charged me for extra cheese although it comes with it ! No little cups for mayonnaise on the side !!! He said If he added more pickles ge couldn’t cut my sandwich!!!! That’s BS ! An he acts like a Drill Sergeant! Unbelievable! Oh plus they were out of provolone cheese ! But still charged me extra !!!!! Not happy with him at all !!!!
