This was the most awful experience that I had! I asked for a foot long on flat bread and he made it in a foot long but sideways. It looked like a 6 inch so I asked for another one and he said “you should have told me that to start” I then explained that I asked for a foot long and he told me this is. I said they usually make it the other way so that it’s an actual foot long and you can share it. He replied, “well I have been doing this way since I started and I just roll it up”. I explained to him again that I’m sharing this and wanted it the correct way. He was also eating with his gloves on while making my sandwich! He was slamming things around and making comments about how I wanted my sub. While sitting and eating he would be talking to his coworker about me and then customers as well. I am very upset about this interaction and he made me feel VERY uncomfortable. To the point I don’t EVER want to come back here! I was with my grandmother and 3 year old daughter! (Picture is of half of the sandwich)

After waiting for 15 minutes for the one guy making sandwiches to finish a large order, I was finally able to order. They were out of meatballs for the second time in a week. One other worker was just stocking the sandwich wrapping paper instead of helping make food. Left for second time in a week without food. Not returning.

Don’t waste your money. Almost every time I’ve been here the bread isn’t cooked. I got both sandwiches toasted in hopes that the bread wouldn’t be undercooked but it is disgusting still. I called the store to ask for a refund and he started arguing with me. Saying it couldn’t be undercooked because he could cut into it. Absolutely not worth the time or money.

Had two types of bread and half the selection of vegetables, out of many other items and sauces. Hours before closing time. Server was very quiet and unwelcoming. Dirty environment, not sure everything is up to standards. 10/10 do not recommend this location.

Worst subway of my life!
girl their just want to used her old veggies along. I think we pay for the food and want to be served the best. Not the old rotten Spanish and green paper with excess moisture for what we pay. where as she has new batch already prepared on another side. And I asked her to serve me the new one, but she was claiming both are same batch ! Ok but I still want the fresh one!
Wasn’t on subway to pick charity food and as Customer can’t pick what we want? then pay money for it.

I sat in line for 15 minutes so the woman making sandwiches could chat and take 15 minutes to make two sandwiches for the customers ahead of use. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY at a subway again. After 15 minutes of waiting it took 5 minutes to make a large blt without toasting. $15 for a garbage sandwich and 20 minutes. Never again, i contacted corporate. Shut this place down, trash food, horrible employees.

Guy takes my order then tries to ring me in but says he “can’t find what I ordered.” (Ultimate BMT) Gal takes over the register and I asked if I’m receiving what I ordered and she said yes.
I end up with toasted bacon in bread…absolutely not what I ordered and not worth $13

This location is poorly staffed/scheduled, the store is dirty in front of and behind the counter and they are out of half of the types of bread. But, despite all that, the poor woman at the counter by herself during the lunch rush made me an excellent sandwich.
