Shay was awesome! She assisted me with so much and I’ve never felt so welcomed! She seemed to be the manager and her employees were all in good spirits. Never have I seen a Subway with such a happy team and an even better manager!

I went to get a ham egg and cheese breakfast wrap yesterday through the app. They forgot the ham, gave me regular cheese instead of pepper jack, didn’t toast or heat anything (cheese wasn’t melted at all and the egg was literally refrigerator cold), and it barley had anything on it. I got a fountain soda but the ice machine was broken so I had a warm soda I couldn’t even drink to go with my cold egg sandwich. Cost like $9. I called to tell them my experience and didn’t even get an apology. Girl on the phone was like “oh, okay?” Almost as if I was wasting my time by calling. I’ll never go back here again. This Subway has gone downhill big time.

Worst ever. New place think it would be run properly. Ordered a Tuna sandwich, lettuce, tomato, extra pickles, onions, roll was hard as a rock, no lettuce on the sandwich. maybe 6 pickles and barely any tuna.

The women worker that was working made me a meatball but witch was cold in the middle or the meat balls cheese didn’t melt at all and I’ve always ordered the same thing never before had a issue with not being hot enough but she also was very rude and then went to toast the bread I quickly said oh no! Please don’t toast it then she made a sound and was so Rude about it as if I knew she was gonna do it I’ve always been asked but she assumed and then she was rude about it all attitude really sucks

When I went inside, the employees were too busy in the back socializing to even check if they had customers. This lady tried to put my tuna in the toaster and then when I ask her to replace it she did, then she toasted the bread without the cheese and gave me cold cheese. I asked for my cookies to be warmed up and they told me no when every single subway I’ve gone to has done it for me. DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOURSELF A NASTY SANDWICH.

Good food. Closes at 10PM on weeknights, awesome. Went in a little after 9PM and employees were sitting around, store looked fully stocked. Woman (pierced ear, blondish hair) already had her cash register counted and was upset because I wanted to pay with cash…practically rushed me out. Another customer came in and she was upset another person came in. Everyone worked retailed before – it’s not my fault you closed everything down at 9PM, don’t tell me I inconvenienced YOU! I’m sure your boss allots for your “closing” AFTER 10PM.
