The store looks great. It is clean and clear a new sheriff is in town in there. The food case was clean and well stocked. The employee I think his name was Tim was very polite and professional. Overall, this was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Food was ok, service is pathetic, staff is rude and atmosphere is very dirty. Tables were left uncleaned, for and paper napkins laying on the floor. Staff is very arrogant – we ordered a meal, fountain was not working so the lady asked me to take a can from fridge (this is understandable and I was ok with it) I asked for a cup since my kid wasn’t able to drink from the can and the last rudely (almost snatching the cup from my hand) told I can’t take the cup and I’ll have to pay for it. If fountain is not working that is not customers fault and staff should tell upfront that customers can take a soda from fridge but cups would be charged !!!!

Requested a refund over a month ago due to the app sending my order to a store an hour away. Called before sandwich my order was even started. Called back Manny times through out the last few weeks to be told I feel through the cracks. It’s still been weeks and no refund. No food, lost multiple dollars in rewards and no refund.

Your normal subway which is pretty good. One of the staff members however clearly illustrated how he/she didn’t want to work there. The food was pretty good; one of the sauces felt a little expired, to say the least.

Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I had placed an online order in advance, but when I arrived, the staff were extremely rude and refused to prepare my order, saying it was rush hour. To make matters worse, they also denied canceling the order from their end, even though the issue was entirely on their side. I was left with no food and no refund.

Honestly I never write bad reviews but this place didn’t have tomotatos, pickles, or napkins – just kind of crazy to me for a sub/sandwich shop. It’s pretty filthy, including the bathrooms floors and tables. Definitely wouldn’t come back, we only stopped for a quick bite for our kids.

This place sucks ordered online for delivery waited an hour no food called store got hung up on called again was told they don’t do delivery call door dash which I did after talking with door dash they request subway cancel order and issue refund which they agreed to I called to make sure order was cancelled said I would get a refund in 7-10 days still waiting been weeks called store keep asking for manager and I never get a call back total waste of almost $50. And rude service!

Tired of laziness. If the store is open until 9p, going in at 745p shouldnt be an inconvenience. Not so with this place. Almost ran out of bread, no pickles, depleted chips…and the lobby was “closed” for dining. Sounds like some employees wanted an early night. What a joke.

I was absolutely disgusted by this place. Everything was filthy and clearly not taken care of. One young staff member was making our sandwich while an older woman behind the counter kept shouting the word tomato over and over again. She then said she was learning German, as if that explained the disruption. Meanwhile, two other employees came up from the back after handling food with a cigarette in one of their mouths. They looked at me and my husband, said “whoops,” and went right back without a second thought. The counter was covered in leftover food from earlier orders and not one of the four employees bothered to clean a single thing. Not the counters not the tables not even the floor. I also got a lemonade from the soda fountain and it was plain water. This location is beyond unsanitary and I would never recommend anyone eat here. Ever. Also, where is management?!
