If I could give it zero stars I would. They dont deserve a star at all. Half the time no one is there they are out smoking the whole time. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time for the food to be ready by 6. I arrived at 6:20 and they did not even start it yet. This place is a joke. There needs to be an actual manager on duty at all times here. I have never seen any fast food place run so horrible in my life.

If I could give it a zero I would. Employee had awful customer service, and didn’t even make the subs with what we asked for. Used a different type of bread than requested, and the toaster must be broken. Not at all good. And glaring after getting no tip is crazy.

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a sandwich online, but when I arrived at the store, the employee was closing up early and hadn’t prepared my order. My card was charged, and despite reaching out to customer service for a refund, I received no response. The area manager has also been unresponsive to my emails. Very disappointing experience! Not going to order from this location ever again!

I come here a lot and have never had a problem. I am, however, very picky when it comes to my food. Tonight I am less than impressed with the service. I ordered a 6-inch meatball with provolone. Expecting my normal I was let down. The sub was small and had NO CHEESE even though I ordered provolone on it. I ordered a small soda and got a large. Simply put: on got more drink than food. Not sure if I will come back to this location after this.

This place is pathetic! Toasters have been down for practically over 2 weeks now. What’s the purpose of this establishment staying open if you’re not able to make half of your shit on the menu without any toasters working. Useless people that work there are always hiding out back the whole time while customers are standing behind the counter having to wait around to order their food!!

Went there to pick up my order from uber eats. Was totally ignored by this Caucasian younger girl at about 7pm . She kept going back and forth doing other orders not even asking what we needed. Like we didn’t exist. I don’t appreciate racism . You have someone working there that’s racist and on top of it uber eats Condon racism and didn’t even refund me after explaining what happened. I wasn’t expecting this behavior in derry walmart .
