I love this location. Great food, service, and pleasant atmosphere. Charles waits on us often and is very good, friendly. and makes a great sandwich. Great location if you like a good sandwich, friendly atmosphere, and best Subway location out of all that I’ve gone to.!!!!!!!.

Horrible. Total rip off! Ordered a tuna sandwich… I actually went back in because I thought they forgot the tuna!!! There it was hidden under two slices of cheese! I could not believe my eyes! It was literally like a thin spread of tuna as if it were cream cheese. Never again! Do NOT recommend this place. All bread no beef.

Unfortunately the best part of the meal was the SUN Chips! the Italian bread was hard/stale, you can not see the meats like the other locations. Drink station did not look sanitized. Staff were friendly though when I mentioned the bread being stale not much was done for us or the following customers.

People don’t go to Subway because they make amazing sandwiches. They go because they need something to eat and they don’t have a ton of time. That’s why, when you have a line of customers waiting to order and five employees behind the counter – none of whom are making sandwiches, then you’re doing something wrong. The soda fountain is also completely watered down. This location needs a serious overhaul.

Edit: I’ve been going to this location consistently for a while now, the quality has sharply dropped off in the last month or two. They have continually messed up my orders and even when I order ahead, I end up waiting a while at the store, even when there is no line.

Recently, I’ve been eating at a variety of Subway locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This location is the closest to my house and the one I frequent the most.
Due to the nature of each Subway being independently owned and operated, the pricing and service can be wildly different at every location. Sometimes my same meal can be 30-40% more expensive depending on store.
I’m lucky that my local branch has competitive pricing and some great guys working the counter. I have seen four or five of the same dudes pretty regularly when I’ve stopped in and they’ve always been cool and kind, even when they’re busy.
I’ll continue to stop by here to get my Subway fix for the foreseeable future.

This Subway is deceiving, the building is nice but it’s not clean! Can’t read the menus because the screens are too dark and dirty. They had only 2 types of bread made. I asked for a 6 inch meatball . It had so much sauce that it was all over the outside of the grinder, when I was able to eat (5 mins) it was cold and soggy. One of the people with me had the same thing but asked his to be toasted , it was never toasted. The workers with one exception (the young guy) seemed to hate their jobs and it shows in there customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to! The building and inside very nice and that’s all. Staff sucked, screens nasty dirty and not visible. The glass to look thru for veggies and meats nasty dirty can’t see thru. Bathrooms nasty dirty. Only had 2 types of bread. Asked for the meatball sub to be toasted they put in oven and only cheese melted lightly meatballs barely warm bread was soft. Workers lacked manners no personality like it they were upset they were working and slow moving. Won’t ever go back unless major change of cleaning.

Went to get my lunch for work and it says it opened at 730, no one here. 735 and still no one inside the store setting up. Waste of my time. Don’t recommend this location especially with the other bad reviews. They can’t even be on time to open their store.

I got a tuna sandwich on honey oat with some veggies and cheese. Nothing crazy. I have been violently and painfully ill since I ate it last night. It’s the only thing I’ve ate since last night and wasn’t sick beforehand. Idk jf your food was expired or what not but I’ve never been this sick after visiting any other location.
