This Subway is honestly the worst one I’ve ever been to and is a genuine mark of shame on the Subway franchise .The floors are filthy—dirty, unwashed, and covered in crumbs. The wait time is ridiculous. There was just one kid working the counter, clearly overwhelmed with a line of about ten people, and I ended up waiting twenty minutes before literally just leaving to head to McDonalds instead. Whatever— I come back, and there’s this tall blonde broad with the biggest eyelashes that damn-near blew me away; and she was the NASTIEST individual I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. You complain about the stale bread? She’s raising her voice all sassy screamin’ “I BAKED IT THIS MORNING! THAT’S THE FRESHEST YOU’RE GONNA GET!” or generally being down-right appallinly nasty to other customers. Saw this chick scream at a mom and her kid a few weeks back. Overall, this location feels trashy, with a trashy atmosphere and clearly a poor environment. Again. Disgusting. Besmirches the good Subway franchise name with this appalling behavior.

Manager is extremely rude to customers and employees. Also, I do not trust food made from a woman with eyelashes that blows away the food whenever she blinks. Whatever is on her eyelids is a borderline health-hazard— imagine if one of those huge caterpillars fell off into my sandwich! Shudder!

I had to wait 30 minutes in a line of 5 people to get my food which is OUTRAGOUS. AND THEN MY ORDER WAS WRONG, the store was insanely dirty, I think I saw a mouse out of the corner of my eye but I wasn’t fully sure but judging by the state of that subway there probably was one

I witnessed from my place of employment accross the street a board of health sticker be poasted on the front door.. an hour passes then some smirky fella races up in a mommobile (i assume to be an owner/ manger or just someenjoy the smell of spoiled meat) pull said board of health “stop work” sticker off of this locations front door… also probably not legal? Who knows? I certainly dont care to learn more

This location isn’t bad, food and service is great. It can use some updating and repairs. Wall paper in certain areas is lifting. There’s a nasty ceiling tile full of mold right above the table we were eating at. Overall it’s a nice big location. If some minor repairs are done it has the potential to have a nice comforting environment.

The staff does their best with what they have but they seem to get little support from upper management. They’re constantly out of stuff whether it’s certain vegetables, bread, meats or even to go bags. Something is always missing. Not to mention some of the staff don’t change their gloves as much as they should especially when you’re touching food, utensils, ovens, toasters, and a register.
