I saw an employee spit into the lettuce!!!!!!! That is how I was greeted entering this establishment, BY AN EMPLOYEE SPITTING INTO THE LETTUCE. Subway needs to up their standards of hiring because this is unacceptable, I didn’t even order food, because that was just disgusting and unprofessional.

Ordered here tonight through the subway app. With my friend. Ordered TWO footlong subs. I ordered a BLT Sub with Double Bacon. My friend ordered the BMT.
The Person making the orders completely swapped the sandwiches meats. Not entirely sure how this mistake got made, but I HIGHLY recommend either double checking your order before driving off OR Make sure you order it IN person Standing there and making sure your physically watching them make the order.
IF I ever eat from this particular subway ever again it definitely won’t be through the app, it’ll have to be with me standing there and making sure the right sandwich is being made.
However the food was still good even though it was the wrong sandwich.
The Customer service tends to always be good.

I order here for work lunch for some employees..
Last 3 times I ordered I get double meat cost $3 and sandwich and it has ALMOST NO MEAT!!!
Getting really annoyed spending this extra money to get less meat than I normally get..
About to deal with jersey Mike’s same price I’m paying with extra meat but atheist I get what I ordered..

The only thing good is the young man who made my shitty 2 1/2 inch around sub that wouldn’t fill a 6 year old child for $12. Never going to this Subway in South Point Ohio again because they skimp and make the shitty subs half the size of EVERY Subway I’ve EVER BEEN TO in over 3 decades. DO BETTER SOUTH POINT, OHIO SUBWAY. Because SUBWAY has allowed this store to operate in this manner skimping on food for so long I have decided to NOT GO TO ANY SUBWAY. 5/15 I arrived at 8:45 cause online it says open till 10:00. Because I had a bad experience at the EP location the young people had pretty much closed the store their store at 8:20 nothing in the sandwich unit and could tell they wanted to go home so I left.
I wish I got the young lady’s name who was working, cause she was so nice and ready to help us.
I asked if she was still open she said yes. Her sandwich until was fully stocked and clean. She was so pleasant and didnt rush us and took her time as she made my grandsons sandwich. Then I noticed she had already closed her register and was pretty much ready to go home.

I would not recommend going here if you have a limited amount of time for lunch like I do. I put an online order in at 11:15, app said it’d be done by 11:35, yet I was waiting for 20 minutes until I got my sandwich at 11:55. You can imagine my frustration when I only had 5 minutes to eat a foot long. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Staff was very very slow, absolutely no hustle or care whatsoever. If you plan on going plan to wait about an hour more than the app says.

Young teenage boy was terrible. He had earbuds in the entire time and had to keep asking me to repeat myself. Then when I get home there was literally no lunch meat in my Italian sandwich. He jammed all my order into one bag and told me the rest wouldn’t fit instead of giving me a second bag. Not putting lunch meat in my Italian was the absolute worst part though. Like how little do you have to pay attention to not put that into the sandwich. Location was not close to my home so when I called it didn’t work. Absolutely terrible service and I’ll never go back. Sub way should be ashamed a young kid could care that less about his job.

This location is very very very run down. They are definitely short staffed, and the staff they have is unwelcoming. Music blaring at times, I had to raise my voice just so they can hear my order. Place also needs updating and repairs. I would definitely stay away from this location until it gets some TLC.
