Have not been to this Subway in months because the one in Swansea is much better. Fresh and the owner also works there. But today in Somerset I paid over $12 for a sandwich that costs about $8.50 in Swansea!

Didn’t have a physical menu so my mom could find out what she wanted to order as she doesn’t go on the internet. The bread was old and crumbling and tough to bite off. The onion cheese steak was lousy, and they didn’t spread the meat to the edges of the sub roll. I would never go back there again for fear of getting the same treatment for the sub.

Everything looks and tastes old. they never have cookies or guacamole even though half the new sandwiches are supposed to come with guacamole. I ordered my sandwich with oil and vinegar and they put on so much that the bread was soggy

I visited on labor at 12;30ish and was served by harmony. She was excellent. However I can’t say that for the other two workers. They ignored the customers and there coworker because they were to busy talking. Very unprofessional.!!!!

Don’t go to this one. Everytime I’ve gone I’ve gotten the same damn girl and asked for a different one but they say no. She cuts the breads crooked and doesn’t know how to make the sandwich. She might make it right on a good day but don’t count on it. Currently struggling to eat my sandwich that’s made wrong on crooked bread and sloppily made. Very unsatisfied.

Average subway same as all the others but did notice they changed there policy they no longer take subway coupons and their card with points now expire. I always save my point to use when I’m low on cash to my surprise I tried to use them and they totalled 0 which I should have had enough for at least 2 sandwiches. So both of those changes l found disappointing.

I have ordered here multiple times and have been very pleased
But today 3/28/19
I ordered a large Itialain with mozzarella cheese , spinach extra and toasted bun
I received a large sandwich with meat not toasted
And just spinach not lettuce or vegetables that usually come with an Itialain
The large meatball I ordered toasted with mozzarella cheese and toasted
I got a large meatball with cheeee not toasted
So I called the subway to explain my sandwiches and they said it was changing of shifts and she didn’t make it and a loud rude guy in the background must have been yelling because I heard him clearly as I was speaking to the female
He was upset saying “what does she expect me to do about it ?”
Very rude and unprofessional
How would they like it if it was their sandwich that was made wrong
No one ever said come back
So I was upset after hearing him and said “don’t do anything about it “ and hung up
I’m just shocked st the rudeness
I guess I’m supposed to just eat it
It’s an awful sandwich it didn’t have any dressing in it either
