The food was great but the worker Tina is incredibly rude. Smiling condescendingly and laughing because I didn’t know you didn’t carry Swiss cheese. Like I’m supposed to memorize the menu for every restaurant I go to. Then talking badly about customers under her breath as they walk through the door. She probably shouldn’t be working with the public with such little self control.

I had placed an order from the app for later and when I checked the food they missed half of the stuff the sandwiches didn’t have cheese even though I paid 2 dollars extra per to have cheese and they barely put anything into the sandwiches they were 90% bread that was smashed down. I almost took the wrong one because they labeled them backwards too and the app is useless because they have no customer support

Normally I have nothing but good things to say, but I normally go there in the afternoon which apparently makes all the difference. While my food was fine, the worker was somewhat rude to me, but nothing ide fuss over.
My main problem and what spurred this review was watching the worker verbally berate a man who clearly didn’t speak english. He was pointing at what he wanted, he was trying to order and she couldn’t even turn around to look at what he was pointing at (which even i could see what he wanted) She continued to raise her voice over and over at the man. Extremely condescending. Extremely rude.
It wasn’t busy. I could have understood somewhat if there was a line. She was just being a jerk for no reason. She shouldn’t work in fall river if she cant deal with someone having limited access to english.

Bread was stale. Tuna was ok but mayo didn’t taste right. The sandwich was wrapped so tight that it was smooshed and looked unappealing. Disappointed as I had high hopes and it fell short.

We had very bad experience, No washroom, No Hand wash station.
Seating capacity of 20 people but No washroom that is strange.
How government can allow this.
We will complain to food and health safety department.
Ordered 5 subway which tasted very bad. Tomatoes and Green paper in sub are unhealthy and old.
They gave us only 5 napkins and when we ask for extra, they denied.
Maybe they don’t like us due to our skin colour.
We never had this type of bad experience in any other subway.
Hope i can give 0 stars.

I ordered a kids meal and she made me a foot long. I didn’t notice because the cover to the brain was up. When I told her she seemed aggravated. At checkout when I asked her what came with it she said “Whatever you want”. The other worker had to come over and explain to me for an extra charge I could get a milk and applesauce with it. It was not a good experience. I was there around 5pm.

personally i love subway but the lady that was working asked me what i wanted on my sandwich and tried to corrects me and telling me that it’s a sandwich. when you ask someone what they would like on their sandwich just put on what they ask and do your job instead of trying to correct your customers 100% never going there again and employees needs to do better very rude and not happy mind you i work with kids and felt like i was being talked to like a child not impressed at all

Whoever the new woman is with undercut and red hair is a very miserable nasty person so rude made me feel like I shouldn’t even be in the store ordering if u dont like customers dont work a job with them i would really appreciate if the owner of this franchise would contact me.
