The young lady who served us was great. Personable and attentive to us being plant based, she put clean gloves on and used a clean knife. Was sad that you can’t get the veggie patty.

As we stopped to this subway assuming our coupons will work we stumble upon sign that we don’t accept coupons. Otherwise staff who was preparing sandwitches was good with coupons not being accepted is big disappointment for us. There is no veg patties available. Also try to remember your order as Cashier keeps forgetting what is mentioned by staff as she keeps watching sports on her mobile at one site in parallel to instructing her staff on limiting contents in sandwich as well as managing cash register.

my last three times ordering there’s been some problem. I paid for avocado on a pickup order twice, with extra bacon and neither was on the sandwich both times. I paid for Chipotle chips and was given Doritos. And their phone seems to be disconnected. It shouldn’t be this difficult to fulfill an order correctly. If you’re out of something you do have to inform the customer? I hate this subway.

This location is supposed to open at 8. At least that’s what it says online as well as on the sign in the window BUT they never do. It’s kind of annoying & false advertisement if you ask me. Kinda hard to when your trying to get to work on time.

I love this place! Once I figured out the curbside pick-up details, I never have a service issue. Some of the cold-cuts are made from turkey based materials because they have less fat. If you don’t want this just ask first and they will help you get what you want the first time. AKA some items are pre-packaged slices per Subways specifications. The manager and most of the staff are super and very eager to guide you depending on you palate. I don’t know what else to say but give them a try!

Stopped in after a concert just a few minutes before closing. The young women who took our order and made our sandwiches could not have been more gracious and accommodating. The sandwiches were great and the service even better. I’m only sorry I did not ask her name to give a proper shout-out for our visit this evening.

Placed order via app, which charged my credit card. But arrived a few minutes later to find a long line, and didn’t have time to wait n So, I asked the one overworked staffer to cancel my order. She said she’d have to show it to a manager later, and took my name and number. Guess what? No refund yet, and nary a call, days later. Now I have to call; hopefully that will resolve it.

Awful experience. Made mobile order. Arrived at 5 pm after being told order was ready to find the door locked and sign in door saying back in 20 and open sign turned off, despite a woman inside finishing my order and placing on counter. Ignored my knocking at door. Phone was taken off hook. Man in uniform arrived 20 minutes later and immediately was rude and defensive when I said I had tried to call and that I had been waiting. No offer of any compensation.

The girl who was working on very nice the manager was rude Clyde had a free subs for $17.99 coupon what half so that I have to go through on the coupon it says certain Subs you don’t get like the boss and the other ones but steak and cheese was not on there so that you can’t get it and what hassle did I go through when I student and get it steak and cheese is not on there for not one of the subs just the attitude I never had one of these coupons before well guess what that’s not my problem I won’t go there again his attitude was awful couldn’t speak good English the girl was making my steak and cheese he comes out said steak and cheese ain’t on there she took all the stuff off my steak and cheese threw away the onions and green peppers put the steak back into the Container when it was on my sub already and I walked out with no sub my steak and cheese I got other ones that were all training your people the right way
