I don’t understand why they cannot bake the bread fresh the day of. Subways off cape is way better and is always fresh unlike this bread. It was hard as a rock. 3-4 days old bread. I threw the rest away because of how inedible it was. Won’t go back.

Don’t bother getting online pick up from here, the service is awful and our food was wrong. Got smashed avocado that was $3 and it was completely brown throughout, asked for it to be taken off, price wise and food wise. He grabbed the protein bowl and made a new one. He was whispering and seemed angry about it? There was a language barrier. Never got the refund. Will definitely not be coming back to this branch location.

Ordered online. Food was done 5 minutes later which is nice but both sandwiches were lacking ingredients massively. Ive never been so let down by subway before; i was looking forward to a sandwich ALL DAY. One was missing extra bacon I ordered. Both foot long sandwiches only had 2 small tomatoes. LITERALLY only 3 leafs of spinach. They toasted the wrong sandwich. I asked for extra extra jalapenos and theres was barely any. I understand there was one person working but it wasnt busy. First time at this location, I dont think I’ll visit again due to multiple other locations in town

Had a delicious chicken teriyaki sub here. Staff were friendly. Washrooms were clean. Usual indoor atmosphere. Would be nice if they had some outdoor seating and a wider variety of drinks from the soda dispenser.

I just left this subway and I want to thank Felipe for his wonderful and professional customer service! He had a non compliant customer come in that had no face mask on and when he was asked to put one on he said he was exempt and Felipe politely asked him to leave. There are signs every where in the store saying that face masks are required and yet this customer refused and asked him repeatedly is that subways policy or your personal policy from which I pray he does not get in trouble for but regardless Felipe was polite with the customer who still was non compliant and all while this was happening he did not lose focus from me and I at this point was at the register. The customer eventually left but the whole time he was dealing with this he kept it together and I believe he deserves recognition for his great customer service!

The young lady and young man were so quick efficient and courteous as well. This Subway shines compared to some I’ve tried. Philly steak for me and a turkey sub for my wife was great ,fresh.
