I ordered 2 subs online for pick up. I arrived a couple minutes after I ordered, subs were handed to me without a bag, and were lukewarm (I ordered them toasted). The bread was soggy in parts on both sandwiches, seems like she used the same bread from a previous order that was cancelled or something. Difficult to eat, did not taste good. Won’t be going here again.

Got charged online for delivery called them got hung up on 3x when it didn’t come and was told it was pick up when they finally answered Omw to pick up and they said DoorDash came to get it. After being hung up once again I get a call back saying I never ordered and to call my bank n dispute. This place is a joke and unprofessional in every way. Convenient location with metered parking, clean and pleasant interiors. The music is a bit loud and disturbing, but that seems to be the same in many Subway places, maybe they don’t want customers to relax too much and take ther time dining.
Service is pretty good but they’re really not generous with lettuce, spinach etc.
And there’s no restroom, can’t even wash your hands before eating.

I’ve always appreciated the convenience of this Subway location, especially since it’s close to my home, and I do enjoy the sandwiches. However, today was the final straw. Despite giving this branch another chance, I was once again met with unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the middle-aged woman working behind the counter.
She spoke in an unnecessarily condescending and hostile tone, even though the mistake was on her end. Instead of acknowledging the error, she doubled down with a rude attitude, making the entire experience unpleasant and frustrating.
There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Due to her behavior, I will no longer be returning to this location, and I strongly urge management to address this issue seriously.

Frauds! They accepted my pick up order despite pick up time being after they close. Of course, they were closed when I reached there. Called them next day to either refund me or get me new order but they refused both. They even told they waited for me until after 30 minutes, which not only sounds unrealistic but a total lie because I was there even before it and they were gone!

Subway in general has gone completely downhill in the past few years, this location even more so. I can’t comprehend why someone would open a franchised location and completely ignore company-wide offers or marketing campaigns. “No coupons accepted at this location”, I drove all the way to this store to see a piece of printer paper taped onto the display, which is just misleading marketing. Insanely overpriced for the quality, don’t comply with company wide promotions, and generally rude staff. I’ve only once encountered a kind and outwardly polite worker of the many times I have visited. Today, with an inadequate sandwich and a lot of frustration, I have visited this location for the last time.

Restrooms bring a lot of bacteria to places, specifically food places, which would not be an ideal to prevent sickness among each other. It’s better and sanitary for customers to pay for their food and take it with them or carry hand wipes with them if they want to sit down to eat.

Reviews are true. Lady is too pushy. Tried to sell me everything but the kitchen, with subtle guilt-tripping when I declined. I wish them all success, but I suggest they try a friendlier approach.
