The subway maker was not interested at all in making the subway. One of my orders had 3 sauces in total, only one of them was put in. Very disappointed. I paid an extra 1.50 usd for an avocado topping and it was also missed and not put in. Subway is this how you work?

This is the worst Subway. I’ve never seen a Subway menu without vegetables. So I ordered another sandwich with vegetables, and instead of tuna, it had chicken in it. I hope it wasn’t racist.

A nightmare experience.
They literally packed in the same wrap where they make the sub… can’t you guys take a new wrap and pack it properly or Atleast cut the sub into half.
I even don’t feel that the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh.. I’m never going back to this place.

I ordered a sandwich online and it looks like no one was cleaning their knives or making sure food doesn’t mix. I had lettuce and other foods that I hadn’t ordered that were mixed into the cheese and chicken. It was terrible. Would not recommend and nothing tastes fresh

I ordered through a delivery service. It was supposed to have been a Philly cheese steak with extra meat. The meat was so-so, but the volume of ingredients including the amount of cheese used was a joke. I ended up overpaying by at least a factor of two. While the delivery was fast and efficient, and it was not as bad as a one star, I will never order for delivery again. Awful experience but was so hungry I finished it. No napkins were provided either. If they drop their prices I would go again. My work schedule forced me to use a delivery service, as I could have made a better sandwich at home from groceries.

I had been working all day and decided to order subway out. We had gone to pick it up, for one the place didn’t even have lettuce. Once we got home I had sat down to eat and bit into the most repulsive thing ive ever eaten. All the meat was ransid and the bread was extreemly soggy. An hour has passed and my stomache was not feeling to great.

Came in to order on 12/24 – associate was disrespectful and disgusting ,service was horrible to be a customer on my break with no one in line to be told I had to wait 20 minutes. I’m on my break that’s awful and clearly she had an issue is it my race because she treated the white group prior to me with no issue and then I come in line and she treats me that and then to lie and be like she’s a manager if that’s your manager what does that say about your business I’ve been managing over 10 years that’s awful service and needs to be address and corrected thank you

Worst place ever! The sign says the place is ready for business from 8 AM. But I had to call the staff to open the door, well after 8. This staff has a bad attitude, and takes her own sweet time to come take an order. Then she says unapologetically that the oven is not ready. Makes you wait further while not having the decency to even say sorry. Go home if you cannot do this job!

This subway is unusual, because the person who works behind the counter and makes the sandwiches is also the proprietor .
I remember visiting this same subway location last winter, and the owner was rude , mean and yelling at me!!
This time he was very nice, other than making me wait for like 15 minutes, while he talked to someone over the phone.
There are 2 Subway restaurants in my neighborhood. The only reason I deal with him and not the other Subway is because the other Subway located 5 minutes walking distance from my home was filthy and I saw bugs crawling on the menu board!
Which was disgusting and gross!!
I haven’t been back there in almost 3 years! And have no desire to ever return again!!!!
