Food was yummy. Service was okay-the 2 workers chatted amongst themselves in another language. The chairs looked cool- neon green and yellow. I did notice quite a few stains on the ceiling tiles, and the bathroom was dirty. Parking was very limited…other businesses took up mostly every spot.

My wife placed our order online for me to pick up on my way home from work. I walked in and a woman comes out from the back, does not say a single word to me and pushes two sandwiches at me and walks away. The customer service was atrocious, no greeting and didn’t check to see if I was there to order or pick up an order, the woman was on her phone the entire time. I got home and the sandwiches were poorly made at best. I ordered “more” sauce on my sandwich and had entire portions with no sauce on it, my wife ordered extra vegetables on her sandwich and in her words the sandwich felt empty like she was just eating bread. This place may have the convenience of being close to my house but I’ll never go back and caution everyone who reads this to stay away.

The food here was ok/normal, but I have been twice and both times the customer service is atrocious. The lady working behind the counter is just having a phone conversation in whatever language she speaks, while also trying to take my order. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked up to the counter, I just stood there for a few minutes waiting for her to come over and take my order. I assume this location is privately owned and the family works here, but it is clear they hate it and don’t respect the customers at all. I will never go back to this location.

Thanks for the mustard and vinegar sandwich! I got this on Uber so I wasn’t there to stop them from drowning my sandwich in vinegar mustard and like 30 banana peppers. Let alone bell peppers which I didn’t even order. There was not a good bite amongst this entire thing even after I fished out half the mustard covered toppings. What a waste.

Went here with a coupon for 2 footings for 12.99. The register said 1599 I asked if she applied the coupon the girl ringing me up pretended not to speak English and the other girl that was there insisted she applied the coupon and didn’t give me a receipt, check my debt card and she didn’t apply it. Super stingy, sandwich also has no meat and they labeled the sandwiches wrong.

Terrible service. Skimpy subs with meat, cheese and veggies. Asked for oil and vinegar but taste only the oil.

Horrible experience was a comedy of mistakes. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and she put it into a cold oven, wrapped it up and said nothing. Provolone cheese? Forget it and replaced by what looked like mayonnaise, but no cheese.

I would give zero stars if possible. All the shops in Middleboro are usually great .. EXCEPT this Subway. I’m surprised they’re allowed to keep the franchise because of the bad name they give the company! The girl is horribly grumpy and short with customers, they don’t honor the Subway coupons, the sandwiches are barely full, and the toppings always taste old/stale (which is no wonder considering that the store is always empty!). Now I know why I never see anyone inside or any cars in the lot on their end!!! Next time I’ll drive the extra mile to go to the Lakeville location!!!
