This place was clean and the veggies were so fresh…the place looked as if it had just opened. The help was very courteous, and very patient with me and not knowing which veggies I wanted on my sandwich. The reason for the 4 stars was the floors and table could have been cleaned, although businesses was constantly keeping then busy.

I give 0 start not even 1. I ordered a tuna sandwich here, and it was extremely disappointing. There was only a very thin layer of tuna it felt like I paid for just bread even not toasted at all like I requested (a bread sandwich).The staff (a woman and a man) were speaking to each other in Indian I think and were very rude and unfriendly throughout the interaction and how he was answering my questions. It was honestly the worst Subway experience I’ve had, and I do not recommend this location at all.

Part 1: I placed a mobile order, entered the store and went to wash my hands only to come back and be told restroom is for customers only, I had to explain to them that I am a customer waiting to pick up his order!
Part 2: One of the two workers was touching his face while preparing the sandwich! I had to throw the sandwich away!
Wrap-up: avoid at all costs!

WORST subway. They are so stingy with the sandwich toppings and there is barely anything on the sandwich. I tried ordering through the app and asked for extra toppings but there was barely anything on the sandwich. The employees stand in the back and talk on the phone and act bothered when they have to come out and actually do their job.

This was my worst experience at this place. I was here with my kids. I literally, asked for cutting the sandwich in half and the guy started yelling and took back the sandwich.
And throw it away.
I request him several time and asked him it would be difficult to eat it and it is not wrapped up.

The answer was not my problem!

I am really sorry for this guy, but he shouldn’t be doing a customer service job.

I was shocked and my kids were shocked they way he behaved and reacted in front of my kids.

Worst customer service, in the mean time he shouted on another guy for refilling his drink.

Food safety problems. While employee was making our sandwich, someone handed them a lost item and said they found it in the bathroom. The employee takes this item, then continues making our sandwich. Never changed gloves. So now whatever was in the bathroom, is on our sandwich and in the veggie bins.

It looked bad quality for subway anyway. The sandwich looked soggy even though we asked for it to be toasted twice. Lettuce looked unappetizing.
