I always have had positive times in this subway. I worked in Chelsea and would visit this subway off & on. Always gave me what I wanted. I did once see a sandwich maker use the same bread knife to cut my sandwich then go to use the same knife to cut open the bread for the customer behind me. The guy behind me saw it too and flipped out & demanding a new peice of bread with a clean knife, saying it as loud as possible so the whole restaurant can hear. We are all human, people make mistakes but this customer was a jerk. This store doesn’t honor coupons FYI. Overall decent subway.

I have really never seen any rude person in my life finally I found him (Sunny) in this store also he is supervisor of the store. He is rude and doesn’t care about costumers. He stares like why we are in the store. Somebody teach him how to talk with customer and how became nice… I never recommend any body go to this store.
