Ordered a footlong Philly Cheese Steak with 50% more meat (Deluxe). There wasn’t even enough steak to cover the bread. 1/3 less and it’d be a cheese sub w/ a little steak… Almost ferlthats what it was anyway. Ate it and am still very hungry, and now also angry.

If we could give this place zero stars we would. Please BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS because they are all true. This location of subway is awful. We ordered two sandwiches, our order was made wrong and the bread was clearly very old. It did not look like traditional subway brand bread. This bread was hard, dry and clearly old. We called to speak to a manager and all he did was play stupid. He told us we didnt receive it from his store so we provided the order number and he wasn’t even taking the order number again, just more playing dumb with excuse after excuse. He refused any type of help or resolution. This subway should be shut down. The food looked so gross that we would not even allow our child to eat it for fear of getting sick and needed to purchase a new dinner for all of us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY.

Took a bite from the sandwich I just bought from them literally 25 minutes ago right now and it has a long piece of hair in it. Why can’t you guys wear a protective hair net. You working in a place where you’re serving food to people. You have to wear that hair net. I don’t want to be eating people’s hair or people’s anything. Have a proper safety for your customers cause without your customers you don’t have a business. That’s just purely disgusting to find a piece of another person in your food.

Save yourself from eating the most disgusting subway sandwich. Not only did they messed up my order, they made made my sandwiches on a bread that tasted and smelled like its a week old. Nothing about this location speaks fresh. Subway Corp needs to do a pop up inspection. If you’re my review just find yourself another Subway

When you walk in the music on the guys playlist is so loud you can’t even hear yourself speak. Staff is not friendly what so ever. Ontop of it I been coming for over a month to try the hot honey sub and every time I go they are out of the sauce? For a month!!!!! ?????

I ordered 3 sandwiches and after they were made i gave them the cupon and they said oh we don’t accept coupons here. I said am sorry I didn’t know. I asked where does it say you don’t accept coupons? They said they boss don’t accept coupons and that i have to pay full price I said no am not paying full price. I only ordered 3 because of the cupon. I asked them can you please make an exception since the food is already made and I didn’t know they said no so i walked out. Put signs up so people are aware. WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD AT A FAST FOOD PLACE. Don’t go here!!!

Today July 11 at 12:41 I placed a delivery order from Subway Everett MA!
It’s been 3 hours since I placed my delivery order. I received a text saying it was delivered, but it has not arrived. I have checked all the cameras at all doors around my home, and no deliveries have been made. I have called the store over 30 times. They pick up and hang up each time. Eventually, I managed to speak with someone who told me to contact the help line. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager or owner available. When I requested a contact number, they hung up on me.

My bill came to $43.74, including a $2 tip.
I still haven’t heard from costumer service or the store about a refund.
