I walk in and ask for Spanish and lectuce on my sandwich and the guy older man was just given me a tiny bit of ingredients i ask many times and he was just giving me a leaf of Spanish at a time every time i ask leaving my sandwich empty with nothing but bread and giving me attitude at the same time. Very rude people and working here and the food was horrible. I was there getting food for my girlfriend and I heard what she wanted for a sandwich and told the woman directly and we did not get good service on this order by any means and the food was horrible the bread was not even the way we wanted it. Never again. These people are extremely rude and then when we went to get a refund, they were very reluctant and they give me a bunch of nonsense and reluctantly gave me back the money.

They will let you know what enough or not. It goes by store standards which is give less and tell them it’s enough. Also condition of food are really questionable. Everything not fresh at all. Try it and comment on how old do you think foods are. I’m think at less 5 days old minimum!!!

1) Old food. Ice barely dethawed on food tins. Old bad tasting lettuce. Borderline or spoiled roast beef- discolored, rainbow scaled, not juicy, no red.

2) Unfriendly. Refused to take better roast beef from middle “it’s all the same” – If true then it’s all BAD roast beef. Minimal tomatoes and minimal dressing, had to begg for more. Hides napkins. No straws or napkins in site.

3) lousy, sad atmosphere. Unfriendly people. Also seemed to give a random giftcard discount because 1st he said it wasn’t a giftcard, then he said to scan again and the same price showed up so he then cited off a price $3 lower.

Very bad experience, will not go there again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This woman gave me 2 tiny pieces of sandwich meat. I basically had a bread and mayo sandwich. I paid 17 for two pathetic empty sandwiches. Cool.

Honestly such a bad subway, I pre ordered pickup and then I just had to stand and wait in the shop until they made all the subs for people in the shop. Didn’t get everything until 15 minutes after my pick up time.

Another day I pre ordered and had my dad go pick it up under my name and they wouldn’t give him the food. I’ve literally never ordered anywhere where I couldn’t pick it up for someone else. Just terrible.

There’s a reason this subway is rated 3.7 and the one less than a mile away is a 4.4. I guess they didn’t get the memo that it’s good for business when you acknowledge and say hello to people coming into your store. I was the only one in the store yet the owners decided to have a conversation and completely ignore their only customer. There’s some bizarre metal barrier that blocks customers from seeing the meat they’re using. Why? I decided to write this review because of how rude these people are. Don’t waste your time

The worst owners ever . Made a mobile order on the app . Arrived and sent my 10 year old son in on a random rainy Sunday for lunch . They proceeded to tell my child they need an ID for pick up …………. Like made my son run in & out in the rain to get my ID . Mind you — i ordered online for pick up on my acct thru the app !! I didnt have my ID because when was the last time a fast food chain ID’d for a darn sandwich . I came in . They proceeded to not want to give me and my son out lunch , gave me attitude , tell me im blind & read their policy and call me crazy . WHO ID’S FOR A SANDWICH ?!!!!!! And im the crazy one . All for a $10 footlong . Then i come home and they skip on ingredients so bad my sandwich was all bread , no fillings . I never eat at Subways to begin with and today reminded me exactly why . DO NOT EAT HERE . I will never be back .

Will NO recommend this place to anyone — Rude staff and discriminatory policy regarding online order pickup. I use my preferred name for all my online order, and I never had issue with that before, including numerous Subway stores. However, this place requested a legal ID to prove I am myself. I explained that I used a preferred name, showed them the conformation email and order history in my app, but they didn’t care at all and refused to give me my order. I had to fight for my customer rights to get my order. I’m extremely shocked as this happened in 2024.
