I’m not sure why I keep coming back maybe because there’s not too many options in the immediate area. Every time I come here they try to talk you out of the lower priced meal deals into paying more money, pretty much every time I’ve come here. Even today they said that I got the sub of the day, but because I got a wrap instead of bread, which is probably cheaper they said it’s the same price as the footlong. I’ll have to find other options because I don’t like to get treated like an idiot just for a few extra bucks.

This my favorite subway … I travel an extra few miles for it. The staff are all really good. Also this shop kept accepting my paper coupons — after Medford and Malden did not. So I am grateful enough to make the trip even now. I’d be a regular again if I didn’t have to go online.

Ordered Uber Eats and sandwich was completely wrong – over half the ingredients weren’t included, and I was shocked at how sparse the ingredients they deigned to add were….I got a VEGGIE sandwich and they included like two olives. Definitely avoid this location.

FUNGUS and mold on their food, I got this Sandowch today and it smelled so bad as I took as bite. I opened it and found fungus and mold and discoloration all over my veggie patty. The employ who made it didn’t see this either? Who cleans and stocks the food? Do they even have health inspection?? I’ve never experienced such a disgusting encounter at any subway or fast food restaurant. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN UNLESS U WANT FOOD POISONING

Yes, I gotta agree. This is the worst Subway Ive been to. Okay 2nd worst, but thats out of around 25 locations. Im making the best out of it, adding things from my fridge, and removing things I didn’t want. They forgot to toast it….you get the picture

Twice now the working employee has forgotten ingredients that cost extra – smashed avocado. The first time, I complained in person and the woman working started complaining about how much she hates her job. She was decent enough to make the sandwich a second time (INCORRECTLY AGAIN), and then was taking it out on me for wanting my money back instead of waiting for a third sandwich. This second time, a man was working and when I walked in and asked if my order was order he said “you tell me, do you see it?”. After getting home, I realized the order was completely wrong and the store refused to pick up the phone. Aside from the fact that the sandwiches are virtually empty now as far as ingredient quantity goes, this location has incompetent employees with horrible attitudes.

I ordered two subs both with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they give me plain bread and the plain bread was coming apart. Couldn’t even eat it. I have to trash the food. I called the restaurant three time. No one picked up. This is the second time it happened to me . Both of the sub were disgusting. Please do not eat from this subway restaurant. Thank you
