So first of all the guy that works there, KV he is amazing, but that lady that works there is a total grump who hates taking orders and interacting with customers and all she does is give you dirty looks and act like she hates her job and also she doesn’t wash her hands! I’ve been there all the time and I’ve never seen her wash her hands once. DO BETTER SUBWAY.

An eye sore of a tremendous small town. The product they sell as “food” is missing every component that makes “food” if you dislike your pet get them a subway sandwich. The fact that the town allows this establishment to stay open and operate deeply saddens me. I recommend the bottled water in a pinch.

Great location. It’s clean and tidy. The ingredients all fresh. The person behind the counter listened to my order and gave me exactly what I asked for. Not stingy about any of the ingredients. I ordered a foot long and they offered to package half of it up for me if I wasn’t going to eat it all there. Great customer service

Just experienced extremely poor service at this Subway branch. Apart from having to repeat ingredrients several times because the server wasn’t paying atrention, she also overcharged me 30% ($3 on an $11 footlong).
When I asked her about the overcharge, she said, no, this is the actual price, it doesn’t matter what the board says.

For a subway this is about as good as it gets. Super nice employees seem like they enjoy their job really about the best experience you’ll get at a subway anytime I got food here it’s consistent not a single complaint would definitely recommend people who work around or in Ipswich to stop in for lunch

This place is really customer oriented place. The owner is all about making the customer happy. One day her credit card line was down because of comcast , she would let her customers ( who had only card and no cash) get the food without paying and hoping that they will come back and pay later. This is really the place to go for food !!!!!

Dirty, the drink machine didn’t work. They veggies were empty. Ordered a cold cut combo and was told it’s only a bologna sandwich. Granted I am from the south but even in Cali they had a cold cut combo… ♀️

The place is a mess … second the guy who work there he don’t even change he glove when he have to open the oven or go on the back he come with the same glove and keep preparing your order .. he need to have more delicately with it we are paying for our food and guess what getting back service and dirty too … plus he need to keep it clean and all the container are empty too back I love subway but mot the place is a disaster
