The bread was hard as a rock. I almost broke my tooth just taking a bite. They are super rude in there. Talking about customers. And she just loads mayonnaise on the sandwich. Gross. Definitely upsetting that you pay all this money and then have to throw it all out because it is inedible. Do better.

Visited recently and the place was cleaner than eome of the other subways and even fast food chains I have been to. Staffs were nice and always had a smile on their faces. Was able to get my orders done fairly quickly and the food was to my liking.

I’ve been to this subway many times, and it’s become a routine during my day to head over during my lunch break. The owner is very nice, and he’s very hardworking. The store is always kept very clean and my sandwich is always very well made

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with both the cleanliness and service. The establishment appeared poorly maintained, which was concerning. Additionally, after ordering a meal that included a fountain drink, I was only informed after paying that the fountain machine was broken, had no ice, and offered only iced tea as an alternative.
When I politely requested a bottled Coke as a substitute, the staff seemed unable to address the issue, possibly due to a language barrier, and simply shrugged it off with an apology. While I understand technical issues can arise, better communication and a reasonable accommodation for customers would have improved the experience.
Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service left a negative impression, and I would not be inclined to return. I hope management takes steps to improve both maintenance and staff training to provide a better experience for future customers.

The only good thing about this place is the fact it has AC. But even then id rather go outside and pickup dirt off the ground and wash it down with used motor oil in 100 degree weather before I order the slop theyre serving here again. Rude guy behind the counter rolled my sandwich into the shape of a taco bell burrito and slammed it on the counter (also smashing my bag of chips.. lmao)

The owner of this place is super mean and does not have any etiquettes to speak with customers. He is super rude with everyone and would randomly pass on rude comments to people eating in there. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone, there are ample of subway outlets out there please go to other places.

I’m feeling sad for the owner. Just imagine 4 people walks in the store (Kunal) and get the offer to buy a sandwich and get second one for $1 and then used the rewards balance. Means in $7 they took full loaded sandwiches And 4 people ate this. Then they demanding utensils and bathroom etc and after this filling the soda in their bottles from the fountain soda machine. How cheap Kunal and company. Shame on you guys.
