On October 6th , I ordered 2 ft Longs and I ordered directly from my app. I went to go inside to grab my order, the cashier proceeded to say, my order was canceled. I said the order doesn’t show canceled on the app it shows to pick it up in 5 minutes so I’m here to pick up my food. She said I tried calling you twice but it didn’t go through. I was confused on what calling me has anything to do with her canceling my order or me getting my food. She proceeded to say it’s a large order and it came out fraudulent, my food was 14$ so thats b.s. She also said my cell phone number doesn’t match my app cell but it was my old New York City cell phone number. They really refuse to give me my food or a refund because they think it’s fraudulent. Even though I showed them my app, my bank, so they can see i was charged, I even went out of my way to show my ID and they really refuse to give me my food because it was “fraudulent” she called the manager and he told me the same thing. I will never be coming to this place again. There’s no reason why something like this should happen especially at 10:00 p.m. They were also rude. I wanted to speak to corporate but they didn’t give me any information. Don’t come here unless you want to run around.

My last visit at this subway will be my last.
I ordered 3 foot long meatball subs
The meatballs were tasty but there were only 8 meatballs smaller than the top of my thumb.
There were only 2 options for cheese that would taste good on a meatball sub and I asked for sauce on the subs and they were pretty dry.
For $26.00 I got 3 bread on bread sandwiches. The girls who were working the night I was there had no interest on making themselves clear to me and could care less if I had a good sandwich.
The picture I posted was after I reduced the amount of bread from the foot long subroll because there was way more bread than meatball.

So sad they have lost our business as they no.longer take coupons! We are senior citizens and went there because the food is fresh and good, service friendly. Now without coupons it’s out of reach . SORRY to no longer go there.
