Dont order from here. Ordered two footlong tuna sub. Barely had any tuna. When we called. We were told that they follow recipe. If you enjoy a slight taste of tuna and want to eat bread with veggie then go ahead and order from here. I would be careful what else they do.

I had a 6inch sub with rotisserie chicken
You can see the picture how much chicken I got I don’t think so it is worth for 7$ I ordered a provolone cheese but he put the other cheese and removed it and kept the provolone cheese and the dressing was very light comparing with the other subways they gave less meat llittle dressing and at last the bread is too hard.In the end I just want to say that I ordered a sub with veggies for 7$ I don’t recommend this subway to anyone

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff were inattentive, unfriendly, and seemed disinterested in taking orders.
The sandwich I ordered was poorly made—the bread was stale, and the vegetables were not fresh. They are giving less meat when compared to other subway down the street.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving food quality, cleanliness, and staff training.

I ordered through grubhub so no comments about the service or atmosphere. But the food was terrible! There was so little meat in the sandwich, probably less than 1/3 of what you can see in the picture from the app. I used to order from Waltham and the same type of sandwich looked fine. This is the first time that I ordered from this location and would be my last. Would not recommend!

Today is my last day here. As other comment mentioned, they give you more bread than everything else. I have to ask for a lil more of everything. Imagine having a foot long sandwich and all you’re having is mostly bread. Down to the sauce you got to keep asking just a lil more. Ridiculous
They always have this lil stink attitude whenever I ask for extra. A mean tell me it cost more I don’t mind paying, but ffs you can’t be serving people a foot long sandwich and when you eating it’s most bread.

I like Subway because you can custom make your sandwiches. You can ask them to put on less of one ingredient and more of another. I love the black forest ham, and always order it with the extra meat. The sub roles are always fresh. The ingredients station where they make the sandwiches always looks clean.
I tried a garden salad with grilled chicken the last time I was there. I thought it was a little expensive but the grilled chicken was good. The only thing is I wish they didn’t use the shredded lettuce, and used the regular leafed lettuce. Other than that, it was okay.
You definitely wouldn’t want to sit in the restaurant at one of the tables to enjoy your food. The three times I went to this particular store there was a radio playing background music throughout the store. That would be fine, if it wasn’t for the fact that it wasn’t tuned into the station and all you can hear was a constant drone of static! I don’t know how in the world the employees could work there with that noise all day long. Although I assume after a while they don’t notice it. I was going to say something about it to them, but I just decided to take my food to go and eat it in the car or I can listen to good music.
I will continue to go to Subway by my sandwiches.
