This specific location was by far my favorite experience EVER! The staff was smiling from the moment my son and I walked into the building. We were greeted with positive attitudes, and taken care of as if we were the only customers there. Which by the way, the shop filled up immediately during a lunch rush and the vibe stayed 100% perfect. Richard went out of his way to show how easy it is to spread joy! I was super impressed with the fresh food and the joy that my son and I both received while watching this particular staff work! Thank you so much for making our day SUPER!!! I usually go to Stoneham or Burlington location but I decided to give this Woburn location a try for lunch. The customer service was terrible and the sandwich maker was quite skimpy with the ingredients. The sandwich also had this weird smell (I think slight remnants of some disinfectants used to clean). Will never be heading back to this location even though it is the nearest one. the other locations (Stoneham and Burlington) are much, much better – service-wise and ingredients-wise.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The person behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful and slandering. I bought a sandwich. I used the restroom. I just wanted a sandwich. The customer service sucks. The atmosphere was horrendous and uncomfortable.. Do not recommend. I WAS a regular. Will not be going back. I can’t believe that’s how they talk to people. Disrespectful at its finest.

This is what other Subways hope to be! The location was clean, organized, and showroom ready! The staff was fantastic! Making my food exactly the way I like it, I’ve had other Subways that have left me wanting more. The only thing this Subway has left me wanting is one like this near my home! Excellent work to everyone who made this location as great as it is!!!
