the food is amazing but the service is terrible. i’ve been going there for years.
i placed an order online and they could not receive it. they could not cancel it for me, i cannot cancel it from my end. they refuse to refund it and offered no help on what to do next. i am extremely disappointed and upset with the customer service here. they stole my money.

Stopped in to order lunch, first off the guy working ignored us. Then we began to notice that the ingredients looked old, the lettuce was browning, and wilted, the tomatoes looked soggy, the counter tops were filthy. We ended up walking out, opting not to risk food poisoning. Worse I’ve ever seen a Subway.

They made my order wrong, and when I called to have them fix it, an employee hung up on me three separate times refusing to give me to a manager when I finally did get a hold of a manager they made my food, even though they argued with me and when I get home, I found out the food that they fixed was also wrong .Spicy Italian with half of the meat serving that is required for the sandwich. used to work at a subway for two years. I’m well aware how the sandwiches are made and very disappointed with this service. Go next door the food and service is far better

Waste of money. Why would anyone pick Subway while one of the best places for quality subs and pizza in town is next door. My kids went there and got terrible subs. The tuna was really a mayo sub. Hardly any tuna and the steak sub was laughable. Not good value for the money. Go next door for great sub.

They refused to take the coupons we received in the mail from the same town as the store(Milford). A different excuse each time and a attitude from the employees each time.
