It’s fancier subway than usual. They have like nice tiles on the wall and stuff. My employees really liked coming here while we worked in the area and said it was the best subway. The ladies working would let us try things we weren’t familiar with.

Order two subs online one was the meatball sandwich was absolutely ice cold. The other one was the beast with extra cucumbers, extra black olives. I got neither one and there was so much mayonnaise in it that I threw it in the trash you took a bite and mayonnaise was squirting out. Young girl had an attitude definitely will not return there.

I am disappointed with this Subway location. When I went in for my daily footlong meatball sub, I met a new employee. When I asked for extra cucumbers, he told me that they would be no extra charge. Delighted that I was able to take advantage of this new hire’s lack of knowledge, I expressed my gratitude. Little did I know, he did in fact charge me for the extra cucumbers. He charged me over $8,000 for them. I now have a negative balance in my life savings and will miss rent this month thanks to this newbie. Get him out!

If i could give no stars i would. We ordered 3 sandwiches all with lots of veggies. 2 of the sandwiches were correct but had almost noghing but meat and my wifes was totally wrong. She drove back and asked them to redo it and the girl said she left the store with it its hers. Like people open them in there to check ever… Hello. Anyway very rude and horrible at the job period!

Stopped in to grab a quick bite .really hungry. Got a veggie sub .in kelly sq. No sidewalk. No fault of this establishment. Must be hard on the business with all the construction going on. My sub was good.well guess what just got coupons in the mail and this Kelly square location doesn’t accept coupons! Imagine that . Last time I will shop or order from this location …Why would the owner of this place where the parking is impossible be so cheap .????????

You ask for what you want, even willing to pay extra for it. When I repeatedly ask for extra, “artist” laughed at us and just closed up the sandwichs. I don’t think she spoke very good English. I feel like I’m eating a mouthful of bread. I think in the future I’ll be going to a different location.
