This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The male employee working was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. While making my sandwich, they were literally throwing the vegetables onto the sub, showing zero care or respect. The overall attitude was unprofessional and made the entire visit very uncomfortable.

Great place to have a quick bite. Situated in West Borough shopping center. Parking and access available for wheelchair customers. Less than 10 people can be seated. Social distancing maintained between the customers. Sanitisers kept in handy. Masks are compulsory. Credit cards accepted. Rest rooms are there. Quick efficient services. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Temperature not being checked. Kerb pick up and online delivery pick up is there including take aways.

I found the atmosphere to be absuredly rude. The store closes at 8:00, we got there at 7:48. There was already a customer in there, kind of loose if you know what I mean, was audibly complaining that people were coming in before closing. They turned off the open sign before they closed, then an older gentleman came in at 7:56 and the guy behind the counter continued to complain about people coming in before closing. Very unprofessional

Employees wanted to spend their time talking to each other instead of helping us. We came in hoping to use a coupon. The man at the counter ignored us, stabbing a box of gloves with a knife instead of greeting us or asking if we were ready to order. After I got his attention, I tried to start my order but he cut me off and said, “coupons are for online orders only.” (Totally untrue, but whatever). He then proceeded to just ignore us again. We tried to order online to use the coupon, but there’s no WiFi and limited cell service, so it wasn’t worth the trouble. Still, employees were rude and lazy. I won’t be back to this location

The food at this Subway is disgusting. Don’t go here. The ingredients are not fresh, the chicken meat is not cooked all the way. The store refused to give me a refund. The food here is nasty! Management is terrible!

A Nasty place with bad service! We ordered nacho chicken, just gave us the pepperoni, two person keep talking to each, ignoring what customer’s need, coupon not allowed to use.
