This place has gone completely downhill ever since Branden left! Nobody made my sandwich like he did. Plus, they’re always out of bread. Whenever I walk into this Subway, I am immediately met with disappointment. The current employees could learn a thing or two from Branden. He made my sandwiches with pride and always made me feel included in the process. It wasn’t just a sandwich; with Branden, it was a work of art. Wherever he is now, I hope Branden is continuing to change the lives of others. His customer service is top notch, and I pity the fool who didn’t see that in him. The next time I want a sandwich, I’ll just go down the road to Cumberland Farms and grab a nearly expired Egg Salad and call it a day.

I’m not sure what happened. This used to be one of the “good” subways but twice now we have had undercooked bread and soggy subs. The sogginess seemed to be a combination of wet lunchmeat, wet lettuce, overripe tomatoes, too much sauce, and undercooked bread that just falls apart. First time I thought it was a fluke, second time I was just disappointed.

Came in today for two sandwiches. Upon approaching the counter there was a younger lady I think named Alissa? She was “training”two people about menu changes whose names were Fiona and Matt. While her back was to Matt while she waited on the person in front of us she was explaining the menu changes. Everyone she spoke to him he rolled his eyes. While she was making our sandwiches she clearly told “Matt” to
Not spray the glass cleaner on the glass but on the rag. He sprayed it on the glass and the over spray went on the food prep area.
If she had not finished making our sandwiches… we would have walked away.
Upon Alissa’s departure from the store I would think because her shift ended, they moved so slow, didn’t speak to anyone. Fiona was left to make sandwiches alone while Matt just walked around with a clip board. There were at one time more than 3 people in line waiting…. He never stepped in to HELP!
We sat at our table and watched Matt temp food and not speak to ONE CUSTOMER! He spent most of his time in the back…
Wouldn’t one think upon training folks that rush hour, supper time would be a reason for two people to help??
Once they were left alone they were in no hurry to move and get the line down.

So I ordered the simplest sandwich these people have probably seen in there career. It was supposed to be on regular white bread and literally just roast beef ‍♀️ something so simple I didn’t think it was possible to mess up. I received Italian herb & cheese bread with 2 small slices of roast beef. So thanks for the bread I can’t eat and my 2 slices of over cooked roast beef. And I’m saying only 2 slices cause the 3rd is like a quarter of one.

I ordered a Turkey, Bacon & guacamole signature wrap from their menu. Instead of Guacamole I asked for ranch. Somehow this was no longer a signature wrap and I was charged an extra $.75. They did load the sandwich up and it wasn’t bad. I did see the manager “Amber” and asked about the price difference when it is clearly marked $6.99 on the menu. She told me that’s how they told had been told to price it. I then asked for my side of guacamole at which point Amber left and hid in the back. Not sure this is how customer service is supposed to be? Subway has always been a nice go to place for a quick delicious meal. No more for me…

It also seemed it wasn’t just me having problems with this manager today as someone was complaining about his sandwich not being made correctly and as I was leaving another customer complained about the tables being sticky & dirty.

Having a restaurant run this poorly inside of a Walmart reflects badly on not only Subway as a chain but also on Walmart for having them in the first place.

Note pictures attached to this review evidence the $6.99 I was expecting to pay for this signature wrap.

Note that when two employees are working, instead of the manager going outside to smoke that manager could assist the employee so that someone ordering two sandwichs can eat together at the same time. Instead one sandwich is made and allowed to grow cold while the single employee makes the second sandwich so that the manager can go outside and grab a puff.

Website states open til 10. I arrived @ 8:25, all lights out. Girl mopping floor states “we are closed”. Told me closing time is 9, but they shut down at 830

Several other customers also turned away. Business must be GREAT to shutdown an hour and a half early

Every time I go, which is often. I always make sure Brandon makes my sandwich. He is the absolute best! My sandwich always tastes best when Brandon blesses it food & bread is always fresh, always clean, soda always have plenty syrup. This subway stays 100% at all times. Thank you Brandon for always making me the best most yummy sandwiches!! Highly recommend 10/10!

Placed an online order for 8:35pm pickup. Went to pick it up at 8:25pm and they cancelled it because they “close at 8:30pm” but they really close the register at 8:20 which auto cancels all orders. Horrible Subway. Been burnt by them 2x with employees who decide to close early and cancel orders despite official Subway app showing 10pm close time… Never again.

The food is always good at Subway. It’s a shame a bad employee can ruin a meal. The store is in Walmart and very convenient. When we got there this evening there was a sign that said “On break back in 15 minutes” but no time was mentioned. I was hungry but we shopped and then came back to eat. After we ordered I commented, with a smile, to the female employee that it would have been helpful if her sign had a time on it. With a careless attitude she said, “I never put a time so there won’t be a line when I get back.” Not customer friendly. I’ll probably eat there again but not if she’s working. Hope her boss sees this and additional training is in her future.
