Ordered a spicy Italian with lettuce pickle banana peppers oil and vinegar. I got no lettuce no oil no vinegar and where the hell is the meat? This is the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from any subway…

I’ve been coming to this subway since before the new management (new management came in early January of this year), since this new switch this subway has been on an absolute come-up. Very professional and friendly service while at the same time never disappointing in any of my orders. The new switch in management is why this place deserves a higher rating. From what I’ve been able to see, most if not all of the reviews have been from before this management. Due to voluntary sampling bias, the people who review are mainly the people who had bad experiences, so this very few amount of reviews since January has told me that the new management has been working smoothly with very few hiccups. Personally, I understand the bad experiences from before are valid, but I recommend that you try out this new management with an open mind.

Do not ever order online at this store. I have ordered online several times no problem.yesterday I went in to pick up my online order, The young girl at the counter said it was already picked up, I explained it couldn’t be how would they have my name I showed her my receipt. She made no attempt to make me another sandwich or give me a refund, she said I would have to come back the next day, I went down there to see the manager I could not believe this was going on over a $20 order. She should not be in management, I was ready to go to Walmart security to prove I did not pick up the sandwiches. I have never been treated so badly by any management… Stay away

Maybe the money spent on remodeling should have gone towards buying bread for this place instead. 9 times out of 10 I can guarantee they have no bread. I went there tonight with the coupons they sent in the mail to get people in to see the new remodel and they had no bread. This isnt the first time I’ve said something about this issue either. Guess we will be going to other local subways. There are plenty of other ones and they always have bread.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Was waiting 5-6 minutes before someone walked from the back. Then slowly made my sandwich no problem. WHen ringing new up he messed up on the total and i said “it’s a tuna sub with pepperoni added. Maybe my tone was a little irritated. The manager Who was in the back the entire time snaps at me to calm down he can handle it. I retort I’m very calm thank you. And she proceeded to ignore me.

Is there any management at this store at all?! Several employees in my company have complained numerous times about how sloppy this Subway is- they rush through everything, sandwiches are sloppy, they use way too much meat- its never made like it should be, vegetable station is always a mess, meatballs / hot food are never ready to go. Went there again today thinking there is NO way you can mess up a ‘heat up’ pizza…. just take a look at the picture below. Disappointing, waste of time, and money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat at this “restaurant”. Management should really step up, and so should the employees.

They barely give you any meat or ingredients compared to any other subway I have been to, tried to charge $14 something, after i mentioned to him that it’s not even a foot long and had a conversation about what he was doing is unethical, he knew he was trying to rip me off and immediately said he will change the order to a 6″ but still charged me $10… Unethical. Do not go here.

Now under new management and offers excellent costumer service, they’re quick and good with busy hour. Highly recommend, food is always fresh, never have had a problem with my order.
