Walked in today and an employee was in the middle of cleaning the lobby, I told her what a great job she was doing the whole place looked very clean. My fiance and I ordered our sandwiches within 5 minutes we were sitting down eating. The guy that made our sandwiches was very fast and very professional. Food was good. Place was clean. I would recommend.

I avoid subway in Gardner since they changed hands because they tend to short you but I had a gift card I received for my birthday. I ordered extra meat on one of my sandwiches and double on the other and they gave me half meat on both. They do not follow subways portion standards and I do not understand how the brand hasn’t cut ties with them. Never again!

Fast friendly service. The portion size was more than I expected. Good food at good prices

The Employee was rude, the meat tasted old and the sandwich was way too overpriced. The sandwich was so tiny compared to the way subway use to be you barely get anything on it!

Be warned, they do not accept coupons. When my wife mentioned that we had a coupon the woman owner cut her off and rudely said “I don’t take those.” We were hungry so we still ordered sandwiches. $27 for two subs that were mostly bread. You’re better off buying cold cuts and making a sandwich at home.

I ordered from this Subway through DoorDash and received the completely wrong sandwich. It was extremely spicy and made me feel sick. The Dasher was rude and refused to help. I contacted DoorDash support and submitted all the evidence, but they closed my case with no resolution.
I spent $20 and was completely ignored. This isn’t just poor service — it’s a health risk. I’m asking the store to take responsibility for what leaves their kitchen and treat customers with respect.

Always like subway food so never a problem there except they never accept coupons.

This location provides horrible service under new owners. They are standoffish and when you walk in, it’s not a welcoming atmosphere. The employees don’t seem to adhere to the standard portions that has been provided over the past 15 years (for example a 6″ used to get 3 slices of pepperoni and 3 slices of salami, now they give only 2 slices of each; an egg flatbread used to get 2 egg patties, now they give one but slice it in half to make it appear like it’s the same portion). I questioned why less is being provided they told me “we don’t like to” give out as much and that it’s what they were instructed to do. I said but what is the standard portions, isn’t it 2 egg patties? They deflected and didn’t want to answer. Only after I said I worked for Subway previously did they admit that I was correct and provided the correct portion size. From what the employees have said, all three locations (2 in Gardner and 1 in Westminster) operate under the same owner and all 3 locations are providing smaller portions and they frequently refuse to accept coupons. I no longer go to any of these locations due to the new franchise owners decision to provide less food at higher prices. I now resort to buying the sauces at Walmart and making my own subs at home.

Horrible experience.
They have attitude when you first walk in, the sandwiches are made with less portions than other subways and they don’t take subway coupons.
Stay clear of all Gardner and Westminster shops they are all owned by same person and same policy’s on coupons as well.

Let’s be honest about putting on a fair portion of tuna on a sub. Terrible
