The 2 ladies that work there are always miserable and rude when we go to the Turners location. Absolutely unhelpful people who actually gave another customer attitude while making my sandwich last time, just because the customer asked for a bathroom key. We were gifted a gift card and they gave us attitude when we didnt know the phone number associated with the gifted gift card then snapped at me when I asked why a phone number is needed. Not to mention the food there sucks lately, we only went because of the gift card which the miserable lady didn’t let us use then she gave me even more attitude on the way out. I had to hold back the words I wanted to call her.

Go to this location almost everyday for lunch, now all of a sudden the can only put a pinch of black olives on a sandwich, this is ridiculous you can buy a jar of black olives at the grocery store for less than 2 bucks, it’s not like I was asking for extra guac or bacon. Definitely won’t return again, go next door to the country Creemee and get a good sandwich

Went in and ordered a veggie sandwich like I normally do. The worker put about four slices of red onion when I asked for it and I asked her for more than that. She said “I don’t have a lot of sliced red onion done” but it was a full container and to add I didn’t get there during prep time. Everytime I asked for a different veggie to be added she would try to short me. When we got to olives she barely sprinkled any on and I explained that was essentially the meat of my sandwich (I don’t care if you find this gross, it’s have it your way and I was) she told me she wasn’t supposed to give me more and I reiterated that I ordered a veggie sandwich. At this point my sandwich looked like a piece of bread with lettuce and barely any other veggies. We got the solid impression that they didn’t want to have to prep more veggies for the day so they were purposely limiting me.
I wasn’t asking for an overloaded sandwich but more than 3-4 slices of red onion, 4 cucumber slices, tomato, etc. She was even stingy with the mayo. This has never happened before at any other subway but Turner’s really doesn’t want you to have much in your sandwich. I won’t be coming here again unless they start to change that behavior.

I eat often at Subway. Today’s experience was very good. There was a line and everyone maintained social distance. The staff took my order very well, memorizing the veggies I requested while my sub was being toasted. I was able to use a gift card AND get points. Tables were clean.

Your sub will be diff depending on whoever makes it. I try to adjust my order to how *they* interpret “regular” or “extra” considering I order a LOT…but there IS no “regular” or “extra” consistently, it simply depends on who’s working, and I have no way of knowing…that makes it terrible. No matter how I order the same sub, it comes out WAY diff every time. Isn’t a place like subway supposed to have standard amounts of their ingredients?? Come on now, it ruins MY whole meal. Accomplished once again.

Greenfield definitely has better subs, they always are holding back on making a girthy footlong, I agree with Mr. Ian Marron. This subway back in the day was bomb but they have truly fallen off. Back in 08-09 they were prime but now they just want to jip you. Treating us like we’re some second hand customers or something smh.

the older woman (maybe the owner or manager) was very rude and was very pushy. i understand needing fast paced but she acted as if she just wanted me gone and that was very uncomfortable. the younger girl working(had a tattoo behind her ear) was way more caring and kind. usually the younger ones working are always nice but the older woman definitely rubbed me the wrong way and i’d rather go to greenfield and get a sub instead next time
