Just awful all around, no one acknowledges you when you walk in besides the door alarm. Apparently they dont teach the employees how to cut a sandwhich in half. Employees are consistently talking amongst themselves on off work topics. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they weren’t put on the pickup shelf where it was supposed to be. The employees seem to lack the ability to prioritize tasks and multi task. 0 stars.

Never usually order lunch while working but was super hungry and don’t like fast food so went to this subway. 3 young girls working. The place looks gross even from the parking lot. 2 girls trying to scrape stuff off windows and doors. One girl making sandwiches but can’t ring out. Half paying attention to you while you order. Had to repeat myself a few times. Even after that my order was wrong. Was too hungry to sit there and complain to them bc it was obvious there was no manager in sight. Shoulda went to the one in Turners. Won’t be going back to this location

Have had many good experiences here, staff is usually quite friendly, but the storefront itself could definitely use some help drawing in customers, and the bathrooms are not always in great condition.

I love this subway location but for some reason tonight, all of our veggies were soggy and water saturated within an hour of eating them!! I think maybe the veggies Madu have froze in the bins and possibly thawed in our sandwiches, it was awful and had to throw most of each sub away. All veggies and even the bread was sogged through. I even ordered them dry all they would not be soggy. Hoping this location will make it right for us! Thank you!

We visited the Subway in Greenfield, Ma. This review doesn’t speak to all Subways. This place was clean and the food was fresh. The employees were courteous and very polite. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a lunch sandwich at the same time. Both were built exactly as I wanted them. The bread was fresh (came right out of the oven). The egg and cheese were covered appropriately and not exposed to everything that might be in the air. The tuna was fantastic. Ordered with fresh cut lettuce and tomatoes on it, mmmm. If I’m passing through the area again I know I can count on this place being worth it.

New ownership has allowed this pace to get dirty and gross. I hate when a staff starts closing their food line way before closing, letting their one remaining utensil get nasty, cutting board already in the sink, etc. if you’re open until the end of the hour, don’t shut things down 1/2 hour before.
I used to be a card-carrying Subway customer due to this shop. No more. It’s become really dirty and the new staff is nothing like the old staff.

So 5/19/2020 I called this subway location to order a pick up at 7:30, yes it was a half an hour before they closed, but it did not mean that I needed to get attitude from the staff member that answered the phone for my order. It started off with “when will you pick up your order” continued with “we don’t have that” and then on top of the attitude I received our sandwiches and they were wrong. Now I work in a restaurant and so does my friend that we were ordering together, we were able to correct our sandwiches ourselves but why do I have to do that when I ordered it a specific way. I didn’t get a name but she was rude and disrespectful, I know it sucks having people call before close but I deserve respect when calling just asked to get there before close without an attitude.
