Four foot long pretzels with cheese?
Nope. No cheese. Online order. Asked for extra cheese (I didn’t know there was NONE in the bag) and instead of admitting they forgot it, the filled one and one HALF of the teeny tiny cups and gave me that.
Sat down for break, pretzels are ROCK HARD.(see pic of me squeezing white knuckled with all my might below along with pitiful cups of cheese)
Now for the subs…Asked for oil vinegar and may on the side, of course we didn’t get any, the bread turned into complete MUSH
All around terrible experience.
I really wish I could get my money back.
I spend all night working with patients who have traumatic brain injuries and all I really wanted was to refuel to be my best for them.
Subway, you can do A LOT BETTER THAN THIS.
Don’t think you can get a sun to take for lunch or dinner in a couple hours, it’ll be soupy mush.
Pretzels MIGHT be microwaveable and salvageable BUT without the dipping sauce what’s the point? I could’ve put some salt on some bread and it would’ve been better.
I wasted my time, my UNPAID BREAK, and my VERY HARD EARNED MONEY on this tonight.
Lesson learned. Thank god dominos was open and came thru while my co workers and I were on an 18hr shift.

It was an okay experience nothing to brag about definitely a slow experience The cashier was very good at conversation which I understand but it is a customer face chain restaurant I do recommend toasted flat bread steak and cheese it’s a great combination subway all the way

As far as Subways go, this one is very good. I usually stop here once a week for lunch and have never had any problems. My sandwichs always comes out great. The workers are nice and the place is kept clean.

The young guy that was serving was awesome. Not sure his name but had black hair, tattoos. Great guy. Helpful, friendly, fast. There was a customer before me that was a little rude and hard to deal woth and this employee was professional and did what he had to. Great job in my opinion.

Very hungry for a sub. But all three “sandwich artists “ were all outside in the parking lot smoking together. Inside the lights were turned off and a sign hung there that stated “ be back in 15 minutes “. I waited 10 but had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work. I’m not sure if I wanted any of them to make my sub anyway with them smoky sleeves and cigarette butt breath.

UNCOOKED STALE BREAD!! Server made the sandwiches behind food panel so I couldn’t see her making the sandwich and the bread to hide me from seeing it !! THIS RED HEAD SERVER SHOULD BE FIRED !

I get the same wrap every time at subway, and this one makes them the best. All the other ones refuse to heat up my wrap and they usually just dont do a good job putting them together. The ladies at this one always make it the best, just how I like it:)

no masks, they rarely wear gloves, and almost every night the lady stands 5 feet from the entrance to the building and smokes so everybody who tries to walk in has to breathe her diseased cigarette smoke. you people are working with FOOD. be smarter.
