Disgusting store. Employees do not switch gloves (if they wear them) The store manager helps himself to food, again no gloves and no washing of the hands prior. It’s really disgusting that they don’t mind having dirty contact with the food that we’re going to be served. Touching counters product money and then taking food is WILD WORK

I went to the subway on 11/17/25 there was a younger guy working there with a messed up eye. I waited in the line for abt ten minutes before i call him out from the back. I say “hey sorry just wanted to make sure you guys dont close”? He then lets me start ordering and stops me and says “im closeing up right now sorry”. Mind you this was 40 min before they close… very upsetting i was with my mom who just got outta work and she was starveing. I asked him we could just be the last people but he refused saying “he had dishes to do”…

It took around 30 min to get a simple footlong done. They were low on certain things like steak and bread and there were mosquitoes flying around the food and inside the cookie container. The man serving also threw the sandwiches.

I placed an order and asked for them not to toast the bread, they toasted all the breads. I asked for veggies on one of them and only thing on them were LT. I asked if they can remake and i was told no because a manager isn’t on. I asked what does that have to do with you remaking the order you made wrong and she said like I said, i won’t be able to remake it because my manager isn’t on. Disregard the review below… Review what you wrote and maybe restructure your sentences. Or at least pick up your meal the same day you ordered it and it wouldn’t be cold. Subway is always fresh and tasty. And to enhance our experience, our server Roman was courteous, attentive, and even humorous. His attitude alone encourages repeat business. The sandwich he made us was worthy of a commercial. Thanks Roman.

Good customer service and the food is always delicious. You have to be very specific about what you want though and pay attention or your order might not be exactly what you wanted. Either way I have always been treated well and will continue eating there.

I went to subway in Wal-Mart supercenter on Boston road in Springfield and I tried their grinders and they were very good and I tried one of their breads the Italian herbs and cheese and it was very good the employees did a very good job and I would go back their again and I would recommend subway grinder shop to everyone to go to.
