Used to have a cool dude who worked here but unfortunately he got fired for theft. There was another sweet guy who worked here but I haven’t seen him in a while either. Other than that, the workers here are rude as heck and there’s always only one of them during rushes. To which I give credit where credit is due, but fix those attitudes! I worked food service too, I get it, but that doesn’t excuse being rude to customers. I ain’t ever coming back to this one until they get a new staff. I will gladly drive to Wilbraham or Ware for better service.

I went for lunch today (5/19) around 12:30p. Line was very long, but this poor girl was there all alone!! How are you going to have a single staff member working all by herself especially at lunch time?! She was working hard I could tell, she kept a great pace and was friendly.
