Had the young crowd working and they did a great job with the subs and were chatty. As a vegetarian the menu is pretty limited to veggies, but those are great. I love the sauces.

I didn’t catch the women’s name that was working but she was great. She is the example of what customer service should be. She was kind and helpful even 20 mins before she was closing. She should get a raise.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience at a subway. Multiple sandwiches were being made on my order and when I got home the vegetables on one of my sandwiches were not there. So I drove all the way back and instead asked if I could pay the difference for a 12 inch since I was now not going to have time to pack dinner for work. But when I was being checked out they wanted me to pay another 10 for a 6 inch. So I’d be paying 20 dollars for a 12 in when I could just pay the difference of 4 dollars. Mind you the foot long was already made. The lady called her manager to ask and made it sound like I just walked in and changed my mind when in reality they are the ones that made a mistake. The person also had the worst attitude and instead of just giving me the foot long or just having me pay 4 dollars she threw the other half away. Where did customer service go in this industry. Most places offer free food apple pie cookie etc. but this lady wouldn’t even let me pay the difference. I’ll never go here again and will stick to other subways around. I guess there is no more obligation to customers WHO PAY.

I haven’t been to this location for a couple of years. When I went in, I was hoping that they’d still have their BBQ Rib grinder. Unfortunately, it had been discontinued. Abby behind the counter was quick to make suggestions for me to try to find something closest to that flavor. When I was still trying to figure out what I wanted, a couple of customers had come in. Abby was very engaged with her customers and you could see that she put a lot of thought into creating a great sandwich and ensuring a wonderful customer experience. Finally, it was my turn and I received the same outstanding service. I was very pleased and left with a smile and a tasty sandwich. I want management to know that Abby is genuine, warm and truly does care about her customers. She is truly an asset to the store and to the entire company. I’ll be back very soon 🙂

Stopped there for a quick bite and restroom break. Restroom,like the whole restaurant,was very clean which a sign to me that it is safe to eat there. I had a Turkey bacon and guacamole wrap which was excellent. My only critique is both employees were like Zombies. No personality, no desire to engage in conversation. They do make a good sub though!

Only came across 1 employee that seemed like she was focused on work more than anything else. She was quiet and only engaged me about my sandwich. The rest have always got into a quick conversation while doing their job. It may have been a new employee that was keeping focused so she didn’t make a mistake, or she may have been having a rough day. I don’t know her situation so I can’t judge. That being said, a quiet focused employee isn’t a bad thing. Still provided great service and grinders.

It’s a Subway, so you kinda know what to expect. Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of the new menu by number with default toppings and sauces… and I’m definitely not a fan of the new prices.

Good grinders. Tried to use a coupon,didn’t tell us til we went o pay, had to order off white board menu. Went back 4 days later and ordered off whit board menu, same grinders for coupon price. But they always run out of fillers.
