Only came across 1 employee that seemed like she was focused on work more than anything else. She was quiet and only engaged me about my sandwich. The rest have always got into a quick conversation while doing their job. It may have been a new employee that was keeping focused so she didn’t make a mistake, or she may have been having a rough day. I don’t know her situation so I can’t judge. That being said, a quiet focused employee isn’t a bad thing. Still provided great service and grinders.

Finding a different location they made this grinder taste horrible for the last time. Ask for mayo on a grinder I didn’t say ONLY on half the grinder. I worked at Subway many years ago it’s one of the easiest jobs I’ve ever had, my 10 year old could do it. Totally forgot about their attitude at Ludlow location but was reminded today def still there! Get a new job if you’re that miserable I was the only one in there and you were losing your patience with me..

Hadn’t been to a Subway in years and was quite surprised at the cost of a 6″ veggie sandwich but I realize it’s everywhere. I did order regardless, it was good and the counter girls were so nice. Definitely great customer service which I am a huge fan of.

Stopped there for a quick bite and restroom break. Restroom,like the whole restaurant,was very clean which a sign to me that it is safe to eat there. I had a Turkey bacon and guacamole wrap which was excellent. My only critique is both employees were like Zombies. No personality, no desire to engage in conversation. They do make a good sub though!

The 2 young ladies working at Subway tonight were amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate my child’s food allergies! The only safe meat for my child is rotisserie chicken, which had been cross-contaminated with cheese (dairy can be deadly for my child). The employees made sure to get a fresh batch of chicken from the back, changed their gloves, etc… It is hard to find employees who are this caring about their customers. Well done ladies! You made one little boy’s night!
