Overpriced, poor selection of over commercialized bland subs offering less product for more money. I remember when there was the whole $5 footlong pricing and there were 3 for $10 deals. Now there aren’t many “subs” that are under $10 for one. Restaurants are always dingy & unsanitary. App orders tend to be wrong or have things missing because they’re “out of stock” at the location which is rarely ever reported by the app & there is no refund for things ordered in the app that are “out of stock” unless you spend weeks going through phone calls to upper level people not even located at the stores in question. Would NEVER even recommend Subway to my worst enemies. Time & money spent at Subway are NEVER equal to the low quality skimpy portioned meager art passable “subs” that are more bread than everything else. Real pizza shops have much better grinders for less than Subway.

Edgardo was tremendous. Amazing customer service, and very prompt. Poor guy was working by himself, but he did the work of THREE people, and moved the line quickly. Edgardo deserves some kind of recognition, whether it’s a raise or promotion. He is the perfect example of what perfect customer service looks like.

Excellent Subway to visit for their service and their fireplace!!! Chairs make for a very comfortable seating arrangement and outdoor seating is also an option. A personal favorite is to sit by their active fireplace while we’re having delicious nutrition.

******ALLERGIES BEWARE******
Is there *any* reason you don’t train your employees on food allergies?! I ordered a salad, because I have a SEVERE gluten allergy. She then starts making my food with gloves and a counter FULL of gluten… Then mixes the salad dressing in with the salad AFTER I told her NOT to do that… Is there ANY reason you guys can give me as to why you’re INTENTIONALLY trying to kill your customers? This is *NOT* acceptable and IS being reported to the proper government authorities. You guys would’ve *KILLED* me had I ate the food. Is there any reason I *shouldn’t* call a lawyer? I sent you guys a complaint. You have my email and phone number.
Staff was also rude and aggravated like we were inconveniencing them. Have gone here on a regular basis. I will *NEVER* return again. I’ll travel the extra 20-30 minutes round trip to Chicopee… I’d rather live, thanks…

Every time I’ve gone in its been very clean both in the lobby and food prep area. Service is personable and kind. They move fast but also take their time with you to make it just how you want it. The only thing is they ran out of my favorite tea and said sometimes they don’t get everything they order so they couldn’t refill it. So seems like the ordering process needs a little work?

I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it’s located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.

I really like this location. It’s very clean, the employees always have their masks on, not half on or completely off as at another location, and my sub is always made just right. My only complaint is that for the price they charge for 8 or 10 oz. of milk, you can by an entire gallon and a half at Save a Lot. Bring your own milk!
