Amanda was working all by herself and she was so kind and friendly we didn’t mind wait for a few minutes for our food. Our sandwiches were delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my chocolate chip cookies! I think she deserves a raise to have to work lunch all by herself all while doing mobile orders. We will definitely come back.

Stopped in today (Wednesday, June 11th) and had a great experience at this Subway. The place was spotless, the sandwiches were well-made, and—most importantly—the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. It makes such a difference when the people behind the counter have a good attitude and treat customers well. I asked their names, but lost my notes, I hope management knows who was working that day because they deserve to be recognized. Some other Subway locations could learn a thing or two from this crew. Keep up the great work!

Few days ago I got SICK because they don’t even wash their hand .I picked up my grinder right after I had my grinder. I was sick for three days in a row. I never got sick in my life.plus today I called the store to cancel my order instead they marked it as picked up and I never picked it up so I called a few times to get a refund and I still don’t have the refund yet because she keeps saying her manager is not here and she cannot get a hold of her bullshit as a manager, you should be responsible to train all your employees on how to process a refund and make sure the food and your stores is clean.plus make sure your employees washing their hands after every time they use the bathroom for at least 30 seconds so people don’t get sick.

I was there today (July 14th @ 12:45p) and Kamdyn was the only person working. He was taking care of counter customers along with online orders. He always goes above and behind, he also always has a smile and is in good spirits no matter how busy he is. He is definitely is a great employee.

Have never had an experience like this before. Young man making sandwiches could not comprehend 2 sandwiches in one order.

I ordered something off of the menu and he repeated the name back to me confused. I pointed to it on the menu. That’s ok, sometimes it’s hard to memorize.

He made it, then walked over to the register.

I told him my boyfriend is ordering a sandwich too, it is the same transaction/order.

He seemed VERY confused by this.

I slowly asked for a medium soda and a large soda, told him to add my sandwich but that he would have to go back and take my boyfriend’s order so that he knows what to put in the system in order to ring the total.

He told me $16, and waited for me to pay. I said you must not understand, you can’t ring the total until you know what my boyfriend’s sandwich is. It is the same order. We are not going to pay separately.

If a family of a mom, dad, and kid comes up, do you ring up and ask for payment of all 3 separately? No! That’s common sense!

I told him I would fill the sodas while he took my boyfriends order, and the final total would include 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. He still seemed stumped by this but said “oh I understand.” …But stayed standing at the register waiting for me to pay while I filled the sodas.

I came back to the register with sodas filled and asked if everything was okay, why wasn’t he making or ask what the other sandwich was so he could ring it up in the order?

He then asked me “so I have to make another sandwich right now before ringing this up? Like, right right now?”

I said yes. That’s how it works when one person is paying for two sandwiches. He still stood there confused and my boyfriend got frustrated enough to come up and say nevermind. This went on for at least 3-4mins of cashier standing at the register confused.

what.. is going on here? I know a walmart Subway can only be so great but when the cashier is slowly repeating words back to me in a way that sounds like he’s under the influence, AND we didn’t ever get the 2nd sandwich.. what am I supposed to think?? Lol. Just walk the other way if the kid with a spiky edgar haircut is about to make your food ✌️

Well I definitely got food poisoning here. About 10 days ago I ordered 3 sandwiches with my son, I ordered a veggie sandwich and he got hand and cheese. 5 hours after I ate my subway i spent the next 3 days and nights in my bathroom.

New girl was working. Pretty sure she was being trained. All I can say is
Zero situational awareness. I asked if the sandwich she just made for the customer in front of me had tuna and she said no and continues to make my sandwich. I’m highly allergic to tunafish and that’s the exact sandwich she made the guy. Even rang it up as a tuna melt.
She may not know what cross contamination is but it can be deadly especially if someone is highly allergic to fish. You should be changing your gloves every sandwich made…..
