Never order from this subway location. They always go low on protein. Recently they have changed owners, but it looks old way continuing Ordered steak and cheese but steak was hard to find mostly bead with veggies.

9.99 plus tax for a SIX inch steak and cheese with more lettuce than anything! Looks like we will be driving over bridge to get our footling for that price and better service. Absolutely disgusting and should be ashamed of yourselves!

Came in around 8:30 on August 12th and the guy told us “Since we close at 9 I’m probably only going to be able to serve a little over half of y’all” (we didn’t know the store closed at 9, because online it says 10) which in itself was a little crazy, but gave him the benefit of the doubt since they closed in 30 minutes and 3 of our friends left to get food somewhere else. He took our orders with an annoyed look on his face and a passive aggressive attitude and proceeded to help 4 more people who came in after us, even though he denied service to 3 of our friends. He finished all of our orders at about 8:45, so he would’ve 100% been capable of serving our friends before 9.

Stopped in to place an order. Waited 5-10 minutes to order after the only other customer in the store. When it was my turn was told “just so you know it’s gonna be a while” when asked what a while was he said “like 25 minutes maybe longer” because he had backed up online orders. Since when do online orders take priority over someone ordering in person? I walked out, went next door to Pizza House and ordered a grinder for less money and was told 10 minutes maybe less for my freshly prepared grinder. If you can’t handle in store orders with one employee maybe shut off online ordering during prime hours. Just a suggestion because no one in their right mind is gonna wait in person for 30-35 minutes for a chain restaurant over priced grinder.

Wrap was to hard to bite into and veggies were not fresh. Was told I couldn’t get a refund because manager was not in and wouldn’t be for the whole week. Was told to come in and supervise her while she made a new sandwich.

I am a dasher for DoorDash. I went to pick up a gentleman’s food and the person working at the time has purple hair and facial piercings. When I showed her the name of my DoorDash order, the worker said that they were not sure where they had put it, and started to frantically look in all the ovens and around the kitchen. They had told me that someone has already picked it up, I contacted DoorDash and they stated that nobody And I was assigned the order. DoorDash asked me to have her remake it and they would re-send in the ticket so Subway would get paid. When I Had told them what DoorDash said, they stated that it was going to be taken out of their check and got angry. I let them know that DoorDash was going to resend in the ticket, and they gave me a hard time about remaking the order. When I questioned them on somebody, taking the order, they said that they were the only person working, and they didn’t have time to verify that all Dashers were picking up the correct orders. They stated that somebody walked in and said, that was their order, took the food, and left. They then proceeded to be rude to another gentleman who came in to pick up a DoorDash order as well. When they were done remaking the food, they handed it to me aggressively, and I told them to have a good night, which, then they gave me attitude. It’s extremely unprofessional, having somebody work solely in a restaurant, closing, who clearly displays lack of maturity and a business mindset. It’s quite shocking the lack of DoorDash training that this worker has received. I hope that I do not encounter that worker again when DoorDash because they were Nasty with attitude. 0 stars if possible.

Great place. Evelyn was super helpful. There was a difficult customer making ridiculous requests, however Evelyn expertly moved every tomato slice in the spot the customer wanted lol. In all seriousness however, she defused the situation in a professional and friendly manner. Quite impressive. My grinders were made quickly and efficiently with friendly and respectful banter. It’s not often that a memorable interaction happens at subway but Evelyn went above and beyond. If management doesn’t give Evelyn a significant raise by the next time I stop by, I am willing to double her salary…
